I went in looking for a night light. The employees did ask me if I needed help, that's not the problem. All 4 of them were sitting down not doing a thing. If I was paying them I would expect every one of them to be straightening up the store or doing something!! There was plenty to do as you dan imagine in a store that has that much inventory.

Very bad experience, on Thursday, June 20, my son visited this store looking to buy a spray paint, one of the workers caught my son at the moment that my son was trying to try to look at the colors of the paint in the space sample that is in the paint sample area, I take it out of the store as if my son were a criminal or a thief telling him that he can't do that, the police are going to call him and that my son is not welcome in the room. store. I do not find anything reasonable for them to have treated us like this with racism, I hope that the corporation takes these racist acts into account because we are not the only ones treated like this in this store

I never stepped foot into an Ace Hardware store but we were looking to get a Weber grill and they had one available. Good experience my first day when purchasing multiple items. I came back the next day to get a utensil and asked if they priced matched since the item was cheaper at other stores. The manager stated in an uppity tone “we don’t price match from Walmart, our customer service is so much better. No, we don’t do that here.”
As a Manager, your job was to simply say, “No, unfortunately we don’t price match.” Plain and simple. The rudeness and attitude was not needed . I don’t shop at Walmart and quite frankly don’t even shop at Ace Hardware. But there is nothing wrong with people that do! I won’t be shopping here ever again, and maybe try implementing a monthly customer service training class.

It’s in a convenient location but the service is lack luster. I’ve been given poor advice here twice now. They try to rush you out the door with something you don’t actually want. It’s worth the longer trip to a Lowe’s or Home Depot.

This store is okay, but I won’t shop here again. Customer service is not a focal point here. Return policy is extremely limited. Home Depot is a better option as you can actually open and try a product and still return it if it doesn’t meet your needs.

Excellent product selection, helpful staff, and lots of eateries within walking distance for after I've finished with my errands. They helped me out in a pinch to find the exact color stain I needed for my floors. This is a very reliable Ace, with solid customer service
