Ace Hardware of Toco Hills is a veteran owned and operated, locally owned neighborhood store serving its community since 1973. Conveniently located in the Toco Hill shopping center, it is a plain and simple, very reliable hardware store with an excellent product selection. While it may not have absolutely everything, it definitely has most of what you need. The staff is consistently described as kind, courteous, helpful, and friendly from the moment you walk in the door. The team provides solid customer service, offering patient, above and beyond assistance for everything from simple questions to absolutely crazy projects. The owner and general manager are actively involved, providing invaluable time and attention to help customers solve problems. This results in a true team effort where employees work together to be "The Helpful Place." This Ace has outstanding customer service. The owners and staff are always super helpful. The store is always very clean and well organized. They usually have whatever I need, and if they don’t, they can usually get it within a few days.

We have been going to this Ace for over 30 years. Everyone has been incredibly knowledgeable and helpful over the years from the cashier Kim to the employees who work the aisles. I do not like the framing of the cashier now however.

Staff here is consistently more helpful than other hardware stores I've been to, and I've hit 5 just in the last week. Kim has been great every time she's helped me, and everyone else has been helpful as well.
