“Great property, Great staff, maintenance keeps up on work orders and well maintained pool. The property is quiet and clean. The property has a daycare on the main office great for those who need day care needs over all.”
“My family and I moved here over a month ago, so far so good. Minor issues that were quickly handled by leasing office reps and maintenance. Maintenance here is responsive to any orders you send and it’s within the SAME day (A PLUS) Everyone pretty much stay to themselves. I second the person who left the review saying “Home is where you make it” as that holds true with us. We felt we made the right choice. From the showing to us moving in was a seamless process! Tasha and Skye are also very responsive when you reach out to them. Security is also present on the property. The neighbors in our building was nice and welcoming when we move into our building as well! We are enjoying our new apartment home.”

“Shortly after unexpected death of my husband, Cathy, the administrator at that time offered me a furnished apt as it had been a model apt. I was moving from Hawaii & was so blessed to b offered that. My time at Clairmont Crest was most enjoyable & I met so many good friends, Mary, Sherry, etc. Since the furniture did not belong to me, I left it there. Of course, when moving back to Hawaii as it was the property of Clairmont Crest. New management came in after I left & did not understand everything I left belonged to Clairmont Crest. It is a very convenient location, & I am sure it is even better now. I would go back as I am returning to Georgia & looking for an apt like I enjoyed at Clairmont Crest.”

“We had a great experience with Decatur Highlands from our first tour through signing our lease. The tour process was easy and welcoming, and every question we had was answered thoroughly. We visited several times before making our decision, and every staff member we interacted with was incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient throughout the process. “I am so happy with my unit! The property is always clean and the maintenance team really takes pride in their work. Whenever I submit a maintenance request my issue is solved quickly. I feel very safe, especially at night with the bright lighting around the property. Since the new manager, Andrea , started things have really improved.”

“Today, I visited Arcadia Decatur Apartments today via a Zillow.com search to request a Tour of their complex for we're possibly relocating soon. Shorthly, afterwards I received a call from the Arcadia's Leasing Agent - Tori to confirm my Tour. Upon my arrival, I was greeted, and asking my preferences. I provided my State Issued ID and we began the Tour. I informed her the location was idea for the school zone as well close proximity to the lifestyle we are accustomed to ie. Bike Trail, Dekalb Farmers Market, and etc... Upon my exit the Property Manager introduced herself and we all had a nice conversation. Tori was very Professional, yet personal addressing all my questions and concerns. We just might be moving in.... :)”

“Quite safe place to live. Easy to get to and from these apartment homes. Two bedroom I had was filled with light and had 9 windows total. Nice sized kitchen and pantry. Bathrooms were dated and trim was old is all.”

“Hello everyone. I need to take a moment of everyone's time that read reviews for Glen Hollow Apartments. I moved into the home 8/15/2026. And wow, the experience I have had I don't think Google will allow me to write in words. But now since there's new management and the supervisor by the name of Jay. Wow have things changed, I am a COPD patient with asthma. I have Not WORKING air condition since I have been here. Let me repeat the date that I moved in here August 15th 2025. My air conditioner never worked and I'm going to keep repeating. Never worked. Jay came right in and fixed it immediately. He is this new supervisor here and there is a whole new team. I do have to drop this comment in here. Without Jay fixing my air conditioning today, I'm 100% sure I would have been in the hospital once again for NOT BEING ABLE TO BREATHE which again includes no working air from August 15th 2025. Yes, I have to keep including the MOVE DATE IF August 15th 2025 simply because this has been a nightmare. My family and I are moving within the next 30 days and with that being said, believing and seeing how Jay works with his team Glen Hollow Apartments will be turnt around in no time. Jay, Mr. Fritz and his new fabtastic(my word Fabolous and Fantastic ?) team members ROCK! Did you guys hear me they are IT. If I could give Jay a 10 star I would. In fact I can right here. ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. There is nothing being able to BREATHE AS WELL AS BE COOL!!!

“The manager here must be pretty good because the parking lot is spotless the landscaping is done the property is in pretty good condition considering the age. a little teach I erflowing from the dumpster but hard to fault the management on that. I met one long time resident and he was really cool and said he highly recommended the complex. It's a small complex but he said it stays pretty quiet.”
“My husband and I lived at this apartment complex for a year, and it was an overall great experience.
The current management staff is AMAZING. They are friendly, helpful, and intentional. When we had questions about rent and move-out, they answered our many questions with patience and clarity. When we needed our rental ledger for an application to a new apartment (we only moved to be closer to work), they also helped us. When the fire alarm (a false alarm) went off in our building, they allowed me to put my cat in the leasing office until the fire department gave the all clear so that he would not have to hear the noise from the alarms. We definitely miss the management, and we are so thankful for everything they helped us with!
The maintenance staff was always friendly and fixed issues within a reasonable timeframe. During our time there, we had a leaky faucet pipe and the water heater from the apartment above us began leaking into our apartment. Both times, maintenance responded promptly and fixed the issues quickly with no damage to our personal belongings.
I only give four stars because the buildings are older. We did have some mold in our unit, though it was a reasonable amount given the age of the buildings and the humidity of Georgia. The walls, floors, ceilings, and cabinets also were rather worn down, and the floors were covered with paint splatters, suggesting that whoever painted them was not particularly careful. However, these are all minor things that can be lived with, and we knew the buildings were not renovated when we moved in. For the price, it is in good condition and in a great location.
Overall, I highly recommend Clairmont Reserve. The management and maintenance staff are excellent, and the location is amazing. There is even a trail right next to the complex that leads to other trails and a few parks. The units are reasonable for the price. We had a great experience in our year here.”

“Lived here for a year! Honestly it is located at a convenient spot. Close to Emory, Publix, MARTA routes, and walk trails. The leasing office is very responsive. I had to call leasing office after midnight due to emergency two times during my stay - both times my calls were answered and the issue fixed in a couple of hours. It’s especially great for incoming students. I like month community events where they give out free food and goodies/gift cards. I found the option of paying rent per-room instead of per-apartment very convenient for my needs.”
