“I been staying out here for 6 years now and I can say Jameson, and Ms. Keshia are the best! Anytime I had any problems with my apartment they make sure things got fixed expeditiously. They stay doing things for community by doing party’s for the children, they recently did a back to school bash. I will recommend these apartments to make a home.”

“I’ve lived in a few buildings around Atlanta with amenities and what I’ve found is all the buildings are nice but they aren’t all nice to live in. The difference is how much the people that work there actually care about making it a nice place to live. I’ve never had an issue or a question that wasn’t immediately addressed. Chase and Dina are both great and the maintenance staff is the best I’ve experienced. Moving out after 3 years (not to another building) but I can’t recommend the staff here enough. I wouldn’t rent anywhere else in the city.”
“Krysten was extremely welcoming from the moment we walked through the door. She was very thorough, polite, professional and warm! She made us feel at home right away and I could tell by her interactions with other residents that she is like this with everyone.
The property itself is wonderful! I love that it overlooks the chattahoochee River and is close to restaurants, a coffee shop, brewery and a full service- dine in restaurant. The apartments are open layout. The amenities are perfect: saltwater pool, club space, wfh tech deck, grill patio,, sitting patio, full gym, yoga space, bike storage and resident events. I may be forgetting one or two!

Makenzie and Lindsay were incredibly kind and went above-and-beyond to try to help me with moving here, unfortunately there were circumstances on my end that prevented it from happening but I was so appreciative of their efforts. “I cannot say enough about the experience I’ve had with all the staff at Alexan on 8th! Even with the influx of residents moving in, they made my process seamless.
Joia was the first smiling face I saw at Alexan on 8th. She took me and my mom on a tour of the entire facility. She made it fun and made me feel right at home.
Jovi helped gather all my documents on short notice and provided guidance for every step in the leasing process. She had such a cheerful attitude and was just so accommodating.
Nyko stepped in and made sure I had everything I needed to move in. He helped me get my U-Haul situated and showed me everything I needed to know to make my move-in go smoothly.

She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure residents’ needs are met and that the property is well cared for. Even outside of normal hours, Kennedee can often be found assisting residents or addressing concerns to keep things running smoothly.
It’s easy for residents to point blame when issues arise, but what many don’t see is the behind-the-scenes work Kennedee is doing every day to get these problems resolved. She stepped into her role as Maintenance Supervisor during a time of transition and has taken on challenges that were inherited from prior management. Despite these obstacles, she’s handled everything with professionalism, persistence, and a genuine commitment to making meaningful improvements.
Her leadership, strong work ethic, and genuine care for both the property and its residents have made a noticeable difference. Mezzo is fortunate to have someone so dedicated to creating a better living experience for everyone.”
“The neighborhood is pleasant, and repairs are carried out on time. However, a downside is that HOA fees must be paid for access to an offsite recreation center, regardless of usage. I have lived here for a year.”

“I really enjoy living at Battlecreek Village Townhomes! The community is quiet, clean, and well cared for. Management is friendly, professional and quick to respond. Special shout out to Jacqueline and Shonie, who I worked with directly during the move in process. Jacqueline continues to be an exceptional leasing consultant. They are quick to respond while doing their best in making my living experience top tier. My townhome feels spacious and comfortable, and the location is super convenient. “When the shower caused a leak into the living room, Ray got it fixed as soon as he could. 5 star service. Everything was super fast and super professional. He even fixed my table that was leaning left. Everything that could be fixed got fixed. No complaints here.”

Arya / Perennial Properties are lucky to have him. Noe goes over and beyond for us tenants and has been consistent the entire time he’s been here with open, clear and honest communication. Anything that I need handled he will do efficiently and effectively with class and grace. He has the Midas touch! And while Kentrell is AMAZING! The unsung hero of this building is Phillip ?
He was patient with my questions on finding the entrance (I drove 4 hours for my tour, so I was a little ditsy from navigating ATL traffic ??) Phillip was welcoming, friendly and charming. He also seems to know all the pups in the building.

The second I told her my issue, she was writing it down, putting it at the top of her priorities, and finding a solution.
