“We have lived at The Monroe for over 4 years now and it is one of the best apartments we have lived in. The location, building, and most importantly, the people that work at The Monroe, are what keep us here. The Monroe is tucked back down a quiet street off Peachtree, but has the convenience of city living. The building is always well looked after, with improvements happening every year. I would like to recognize two outstanding employees at The Monroe. Firstly, Nate always strives to go above and beyond. He addresses all questions I have and does whatever he can to ensure that I am well looked after as a resident. He goes out of his way to greet me when we see each other around and always has a smile. I know that Nate will always be able to help in any way that he can. Secondly, La Shun is amazing. Even though we have only had a couple maintenance requests over the years, La Shun is always able to quickly address them with a great attitude and solution. La Shun also is always friendly with our dog when in our apartment for services/checks!”

“I met with Joya on yesterday to do an apartment tour. Upon walking in everyone was friendly and the community was really nice and clean. Joya was a big help and super friendly! The units were spacious and very well laid out. I really enjoyed my visit!”

“I’ve lived in a few buildings around Atlanta with amenities and what I’ve found is all the buildings are nice but they aren’t all nice to live in. The difference is how much the people that work there actually care about making it a nice place to live. I’ve never had an issue or a question that wasn’t immediately addressed. Chase and Dina are both great and the maintenance staff is the best I’ve experienced. Moving out after 3 years (not to another building) but I can’t recommend the staff here enough. I wouldn’t rent anywhere else in the city.”

“So I didn’t end up living here but I did want to share my positive experience of touring and everything following. Makenzie and Lindsay were incredibly kind and went above-and-beyond to try to help me with moving here, unfortunately there were circumstances on my end that prevented it from happening but I was so appreciative of their efforts. “After a lot of live changes I found myself in a new state at a new job and got so lucky to find a great place to live. My apt is stylish and the amenities are wonderful. The staff is always ready to help or suggest things in the area not to miss. Being new, I especially enjoy the events the staff put on for residents. Puppy parties, Halloween parties, cookouts and more have made it easy to meet my neighbors and meet new friends. Being next to the main strip of fabulous shops and restaurants in Decatur makes going out a simple walk away. Oh, and for life stuff, my doctor is in the building in the same parking lot, CVS and the vet are just across the street, and my dentist and bank are one block away. If you've driven in Atlanta traffic you know what a big deal this is.”

“I've been a resident for two years and highly recommend North & Line to anyone! The location (right on the beltline) is what sold me initially, but the community is why I stay. I've never lived in a building that invested in the community as much as this one. Amy and John Frank plan the most fun events every month. The pool party every July is LEGENDARY! Our office staff (Leslie, Stacie and Neta) are super friendly and just as invested in the community. They are attentive and responsive and they care about the resident experience. Some highlights include creating a Pet of the Month award with amazing gift baskets to the winners and organizing 12 days of Giftmas with tons of great prizes. They make it super fun to be a resident. And last but not least, I have to mention our maintenance staff, particularly Tim and Mitch, who are so nice and do an amazing job keeping the building running!”
“I really enjoy living at Battlecreek Village Townhomes! The community is quiet, clean, and well cared for. Management is friendly, professional and quick to respond. Special shout out to Jacqueline and Shonie, who I worked with directly during the move in process. Jacqueline continues to be an exceptional leasing consultant. They are quick to respond while doing their best in making my living experience top tier. My townhome feels spacious and comfortable, and the location is super convenient. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live!”

“Sorry for the late review but I move in like three weeks ago and all I can say is that I’m very satisfied with my place.When applying they had great customer service and answer the phone when needed if I had any questions. Saire Mathis made it a breeze with everything I needed to know, she was nice and everybody else had welcoming positive energy.Rent is Reasonable you don’t get what you get everywhere else and the area is super clean and nice and it’s close to everything you need.I can see why the price is the way it is, you pay more for nicer things.i just don’t understand why y'all get attacked, But that’s my opinion.Thank you all for accepting into your community I’m very appreciated ????.”

“I toured with Trell and am in the application process. I LOVE my choice of apartment and look forward to moving in in March.
And while Kentrell is AMAZING! The unsung hero of this building is Phillip ?
He was patient with my questions on finding the entrance (I drove 4 hours for my tour, so I was a little ditsy from navigating ATL traffic ??) Phillip was welcoming, friendly and charming. He also seems to know all the pups in the building.
I look forward to seeing Trell around and seeing Phillip every day!”
