This Athleta store provides excellent customer service, with staff described as attentive, personable, kind, super helpful, and friendly. The fitting rooms are clean. Customers report a great shopping experience, finding clothes that fit well, and appreciate the helpful staff in the fitting rooms and with purchases. There is a big sale section with good value. The store is located on the second floor, to the west of Macy's between Lush and Dr. Martens.
Melissa is an AMAZING human! She is redefining the way I think about the customer experience. Not only was she attentive but extremely personable and kind. My wife typically does her shopping on line but we will be coming back in store as long as Melissa works here!!!

Had a weirdly good experience here for a mall store. Staff was SUPER helpful and friendly and I left with 6 things for less than $150. Big sale section!
