“The boots are fantastic. Great comfort, great quality, and great looks and a very reasonable price. But the best thing about Tecovas is their customer service experience.
At this store, we were helped by Spencer. He was incredibly kind, had great stories, and overall we had a fantastic conversation. Him and all his peers are the prime example of customer service. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase anything, and there never is. Spencer talked to us about way more than just boots, and we really enjoyed talking to him!
The relationship between the whole crew is also great, which makes for an incredibly light and friendly atmosphere. We didn't even buy anything this time, but still had the greatest experience.

“It was great having this store nearby my job to shop in. I had a great experience. The young man assisted me in the fitting of the shoe I liked. I was also able to use my teacher discount here which is great! However, when I got home I had mismatched sizes. So that is why I stated the is conveniently located near my job, I could easily take the shoe back to get the correct shoe size.”
“This was my first class at Pure Barre, and I had an amazing experience. Emily, the instructor, was incredible—she took the time to guide me with small adjustments that made a huge difference in how my body felt and performed during the workout. The class itself was challenging in the best way and very well structured.
