This Athleta store provides excellent customer service, with staff described as attentive, personable, kind, super helpful, and friendly. The fitting rooms are clean. Customers report a great shopping experience, finding clothes that fit well, and appreciate the helpful staff in the fitting rooms and with purchases. There is a big sale section with good value. The store is located on the second floor, to the west of Macy's between Lush and Dr. Martens.
really enjoyed shopping at Athleta. The designs are simple, stylish, and practical for everyday wear as well as workouts. The fabric quality stood out immediately, and everything felt durable and comfortable. The staff were polite without being pushy, which made the visit even more pleasant.

I walked in hoping to get a piece or two of clothing, but got a whole personalized fashion advisor and outfit suggestions from Hazel!! Im petite so finding clothing that complement my height can be difficult but Hazel made the experience lovely. Everyone else was very friendly as well. Loved shopping at this store.
