This will be my 3rd year at Cortland, and I must say, you can tell management is making wise investments into improving the community! Ms.Candance works hards to make sure each tenant is satisfied! Kaneal, in the office, is so pleasant, and always so helpful! Pleased to call Cortland, home 🤗.

Nice location but I noticed a homeless problem. Also I’ve heard people sneak in the doors. Who’s the management in charge of keeping residents safe?
