Awesome building. Great price for what you get with amenities, location, and the quality of the rooms. Staff is also very friendly, helpful, and quick to resolve any problems you might have.

I am a general contractor looking at possible work inside a space at Bell Terminus. Deryck Banwarie could not have been more helpful in answering our questions and showing us around the property. If he treats tenants like he treats contractors, which I’m sure he does - I would highly recommend!!
