This is the best maintenance team I have ever had at an apartment. They are always responsive, kind and do a wonderful job. In particular Mr. Ralph Wilson not only does a wonderful job, but has a knack for putting smiles of faces.

I toured Bell Terminus and had a really disappointing experience. My tour guide, Brittany, was not personable, barely spoke unless I asked a direct question, and provided almost no information about the community. She didn’t try to explain anything or sell the property at all.
They have two buildings, but I was told I couldn’t see the amenities in the second one because of construction — even though she admitted residents could still access them. The unit I was interested in was in that same building, and she still didn’t want to take me over there. The whole interaction felt lazy, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. I left with zero interest in applying.

Moving here has been the smoothest experience I’ve ever had. I worked with Brittany during the entire process, and she was incredibly helpful with every question and concern I had. I also want to highlight Deryck, he does his job with so much attention and care, and you can tell he genuinely wants residents to have a great living experience.
Johan has also been excellent, and together they make Bell feel like home. I had some maintenance requests that were handled quickly and with attention. The team is always there when residents need support. I’m really grateful for how attentive and thoughtful everyone has been.

This property management company is absolutely terrible.
The leasing office staff and maintenance team are wonderful — they truly do their best, and the location is great. However, the head office’s handling of administrative matters is a complete disaster.
I lived with a roommate for one year, then transferred to another unit by myself. Since that move, I never received my security deposit back, nor the overpayment I am owed. Instead, the corporate office issued a final statement claiming that my roommate and I owe money, which is completely wrong.
Even the leasing office acknowledged that this issue was caused by an internal administrative error, not our fault. Still, after months of waiting, nothing has been corrected. I transferred to my new unit in May — it’s now November — and the issue remains unresolved. What’s worse, the corporate office sent my information to a debt collection company based on their mistake.
Now I’m receiving harassing collection calls and threats to damage my credit score over a debt that doesn’t even exist.
They even assigned my roommate’s portion of the debt entirely to me, and I keep being contacted about it.
The leasing office understands the situation and tries to help, but the corporate office refuses to respond or fix their error.
As an international resident, I find this situation especially distressing — I have no idea how deeply this could impact my credit or future here. This company’s management system is a nightmare, and I would never recommend them to anyone.

Terrible experience with leasing agent Genesis on Wednesday October 21th.
My girlfriend and I had a tour scheduled for 1:45pm, but we arrived earlier and politely asked if it was possible to start sooner. Instead of a courteous response, she rudely told us: “YOU HAVE TO COME BACK AT YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME.” She was simply chatting with a coworker.
When we returned at 1:43pm, she was still talking with the same person and told us: “THERE ARE STILL 2 MINUTES LEFT, WAIT IN THE LOUNGE.” At 1:48pm she still hadn’t called us, so my girlfriend had to approach her desk.
Once we sat at her desk, the way she spoke to us felt dismissive, as if we were bothering her. It wasn’t until my girlfriend spoke to her firmly in Spanish—because we were already tired of her attitude—that she finally calmed down and started being polite. She then took us on the tour, but by that point the atmosphere felt very uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
We completely understand she is pregnant, and for that reason we never approached her rudely. However, her behavior and attitude made the whole visit extremely unpleasant.

Genesis and the maintenance staff have all been great since I moved in. I had an amazing experience moving in and everyone has been very kind and attentive. Would definitely recommend!
