Overpaid for gas, wanted to use the restroom, closed 😡. I don't think that's legal!

The bathroom was nasty. Someone urinated all over the seat and didn't clean it up, the trash can was halfway full and stank, and the hand dryer didn't work well. My husband got a Little Debbie and noticed that it was two years out of date.
