I found the most amazing dress and felt total autonomy, peace, and fun vibes throughout the appointment. My stylist Kayleigh was spot on in every thoughtful comment and suggestion that was made. “I was so glad I was recommended this Suite Bridal for alterations by a friend! The dress fit like an absolute glove on the wedding day, so many people complimented me on how it was truly a perfect fit!!! Beyond the alterations themselves, the emotional support throughout the process was genuinely wonderful — I literally almost passed out during my second appointment and Melissa was so kind + reassuring, looked after me, and reassured we everything would be ok afterwards!! She had also been great in terms of scheduling me (as I had reached out closer in) and process consisted of three appointments (it was clearly outlined at the beginning). I think it’s really common, but there wasn’t a price list and you only find out the cost once the work is completed. What I paid has sounded comparable to some of my friends costs (elsewhere across the country), which I wasn’t necessarily expecting because my dress had a because my dress had a lace + beaded corset that was the main that needed to be adjusted. Overall, I was extremely happy with the final fit and would definitely recommend her for any brides in ATL looking for alterations!”

“We were blessed to have Demi as our consultant! She was absolutely fabulous. She was incredibly organized and efficient. She interviewed my daughter briefly and was able to suggest and pull her top choices. She listened to our feedback and patiently brought Madeline dresses and veils accordingly. My daughter was able to try on almost 10 dresses in the hour’s appointment period. There are so many amazing choices in dresses, so that made it more challenging. She gave gentle feedback and answered our questions without being pushy. She was highly professional and put us at ease, making it such a fun experience. We ended up struggling between two gorgeous dresses. The dress and veil that Demi found for my daughter were my daughter’s dream vision. I highly recommend booking an appointment with Demi. She is so beautiful and sweet and knows her profession. She made it such a fun and stress-free experience.”

“1000/10! This place is a great place to find the wedding dress of your dreams. I came into Winnie after two other appointments at different bridal shops and on arrival, I just knew I would find the one here! Liz, was hands down one of the best parts of this visit as well. She was open , easy to talk to, great at listening, and did what was needed to make sure I felt seen and beautiful. I was able to find my dress here due to her commitment to my vision and she even went above and beyond to help me mix and match dress to see what we can come up with! She was also very patient as I am sort of indecisive and like to stew on things, but she didn’t make me feel rushed at all. As a black woman, it’s hard to see yourself in these places but that wasn’t the case here. Overall, I would pick this place as my first stop and find the wedding dress of my dreams here! Honestly, I wish I had gone to Anthropologie Weddings first because I had already purchased TWO dresses from sample sales at other bridal shops before coming here… and then I found THE dress here! Nicole was an absolute sweet doll and was so patient and helpful throughout the entire appointment. I definitely made her work because I tried on A LOT of dresses. She helped me explore different styles and was so encouraging as I figured out what I really wanted. I ended up falling completely in love with a Jenny Yoo dress that was well within my budget, had everything I was looking for, and honestly, there isn't a single thing I would change about it.It just felt SO much more like me. “I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at Black Tie by Lori. My son skipped the 11th grade and will be attending his senior prom this year. The theme is “Enchanted Garden,” and we were hoping to find something unique, specifically a green velvet tuxedo jacket. Because our timeline was short, I started calling shops all over the metro Atlanta area on March 4th. After contacting numerous locations and searching online, Black Tie by Lori was the only place that even came close to having what we needed. The next day, March 5th, my son and I drove from Acworth and arrived around 5 p.m. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. The shop is beautiful with a lovely waiting area and great ambiance. We were greeted by Janae, who was an absolute joy to work with. Darion also stepped in to help, and together they created one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. When I showed them our “Enchanted Garden” inspiration photo, Janae immediately became excited and invested in helping us bring the vision together. Darion began researching options to see if a green velvet jacket might be possible. At first, it looked like it wasn't available. Instead of stopping there, he kept digging. Then he said, “Wait a minute… I think I found one.” He located a stunning green velvet jacket with a black satin peak lapel and even contacted the manufacturer directly to confirm availability. Amazingly, the warehouse had one left in stock. Thanks to his persistence, he made it happen. The next morning at 10 a.m. they called me, we placed the order, and on March 12th we picked up the jacket. It fits perfectly and completely brings the whole look together. What started as a plan to rent a black velvet tuxedo turned into owning the most incredible green velvet jacket. Beyond the tuxedo itself, Janae and Darion made the entire experience unforgettable. At the time they were also assisting another customer who required quite a bit of attention and had been there for a long time trying on multiple trousers and needing several fittings. Even while managing that situation, they still made us feel like we were the only customers in the store. Employees like Janae and Darion are rare. Their enthusiasm, professionalism, and dedication made this a special memory for our family. Employees like Janae and Darion are a huge asset to your business and truly represent the kind of customer experience that keeps people coming back. Because of the outstanding service we received from Janae and Darion, Black Tie by Lori will absolutely be our first stop for any future formalwear needs, and I will be recommending this store to friends and family throughout the metro Atlanta area. We cannot wait to bring prom photos back to show them how amazing everything turned out. If you need formalwear, this is absolutely the place to go.”
