Mac, at Regal Studio is the person who created our wedding rings, over 18 years ago and has always given excellent customer service. I recently lost one of my stones in my ring, and I was devastated. We live in South Carolina and traveled to Atlanta, GA for help. Mac took the ring and went above and beyond to find a matching stone. It was impossible to find the exact stone color, so he kept searching. He reached out to other jewelry stores to locate the perfect stone. After multiple pictures and videos, we landed on the stones that felt perfect for the ring. Today we traveled from South Carolina to Atlanta to pickup the ring.
