I booked with another company in advance and 2 days before my son’s prom when I called to confirm location and pickup time they let me know they cancelled it and booked someone else for a 3 day rental. One day before prom I was able to get connectedted with Premier and everything went smoothly and they were so accommodating. The car was amazing and the service was excellent.”

I have been renting a vehicle at that location for the past several months, while I await the finalization of an insurance claim on my own vehicle. Compared to their competitors, they have the best selection of vehicles, get me in and out quickly, and are always very courteous and attentive. Oftentimes, I receive a complimentary upgrade. After booking a truck at the stonecrest location for a 8am pickup and being told for two hours that it’s “in route”.. my reservation was at the end moved to this location which was out of my way and made my moving schedule a whole 3 hours behind schedule. The company as a whole I can’t speak for but Mya staying calm and handling the situation was the only positive part of my experience.”
