About Center for the Visually Impaired

The Center for the Visually Impaired is a wonderful place that provides help and resources to people with visual impairments and blindness. The setting is serene, spotless, and has beautiful rooms, classrooms, and a dining room. The staff is welcoming, warm, respectful, knowledgeable, very understanding, and eager to serve with patience and supportive advice. They are very helpful and friendly. The center offers classes to learn communication skills, mobility training, and support groups that are impactful. They provide thorough low vision assessments and have a large assortment of magnification devices to help people see better. There is also a wonderful store with all kinds of stuff available for people who are blind or visually impaired. The organization is very helpful for learning skills to be independent and envision a productive life, and family members can learn how to assist as needed. They offer financial aid to fit any financial situation. There is even free parking. It is a highly recommended place to visit.
