Not a very good experience. Young man sitting at the counter watching YouTube videos made a mistake with my depost. It took 3 days over the phone to correct. Not very happy with the service I received.

Created an account in person and was told I would receive follow up communication within the week. Three weeks later I've left emails, made multiple calls to multiple extensions at the branch and never received any response. If you are looking for investment help you should probably look for a more helpful place.
