I love coach but today was something else we came in nobody greeted us. ALEXANDER was the one who helped us and looked me up and down as though she was judging me when checking me out. I don’t know what her problem is but is this how you make your customers feel? Not welcomed and uncomfortable? Training on how to treat people and the skills should be retrained. Do better Coach at Lenox

My recent visit to this location was highly positive. While shopping for a Jonie 22 I found out that they dont have the maple color in store, so the staff assisted me in placing an online order. All the associates were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which significantly enhanced my shopping experience. It was great browsing their other purses and I ended up getting a wallet as well. Would definitely go back real soon!

came here for my friend’s bday and this coach store was amazing!! well stocked, very clean and the staff was so sweet. kiersten (sorry if i butchered your name queen) was the best and so helpful :) will be coming for myself sometime soon

I had a wonderful experience at the Coach store in Lenox Square today, largely thanks to an incredible associate named Ella.
I was purchasing the Hitch backpack with patches, and Ella was fantastic. She was so friendly and kind, making the entire experience a pleasure. She went above and beyond, not only assisting me with my purchase but also ensuring the bag was beautifully boxed up – a small detail that made a difference.
If you're visiting the Coach store at Lenox Square, I highly recommend asking for Ella. Her service and warm demeanor made my visit memorable!

This store is always busy and I always get good customer service. I get approached by at least 2 sales reps every time I’m there. I’ve called store in advance to check on availability of an item which was in stock so they held it for me. It’s hard to get anyone on the phone these days and to hold items so I was impressed.

Return literally took me forever. I got it all on camera for my vlog. Mother didn’t like the bag and wallet for another bag i purchased weeks ago, so i returned. The way the two associates were back and forth as if i was doing something wrong rubbed me the wrong way. You got the product and receipts so what’s the issue. Like this is COACH not LV or any other brand for them to be acting like that. I understand that this is Atlanta and people be on weird scamming ish, but this ain’t that. I work for the fed govt. I don’t even like coach 😒 hopefully i can talk my mom into finally wearing LV

My boyfriend bought me a hamptons hobo bag from here. He knows I like gold so he wanted to add one of the brass chains. One sales lady kept pushing him to buy the dinky chain strap expressing that it’s “the only one recommended for the bag”. Weird because it looks terrible with the bag and is not the look I was going for, but I was not there with him at the store since it was a gift. Nevertheless she kept pushing and he bought it. I opted to return it when I finally had the time at a coach store closer to me because I wanted the thicker chain accessory and couldn’t fathom how this lady kept pushing the dinky chain. Here’s my problem: 1. Was told it’s too late to return it and 2. The sales people at this store were shocked to hear that the dinky chain was recommended because they all agreed it’s THE WORST FIT FOR THE BAG!!! We feel extremely scammed, sure the chain was only $45.. but I still had to buy the chain I wanted which was $125 before tax. So yeah all that for an upsell on some pathetic fashion advice is shameful.

RACIST EXPRIENCE on march 20th,2025 at 7:20pm, I didn’t feel welcomed as a young black African America I walked into coach around 7:19pm and none of the workers greeted me when I walked in and none of them was preoccupied doing anything. One caucasian male with green painted fingernails (I didn’t get his name) locked eye contact with me and did not greet me what so ever. About 3 minutes goes by and two caucasian white women walked in and he greeted them very loud and proud and made them feel welcomed. I will never purchase a coach product ever. Any coach merchandise I have will be thrown out !
After reviewing other reviews I come to find out that the person I am referring to in the above complaint is the store manger. Someone provided pictures showing his face and that’s exactly who I am referring to. Honestly to all my fellow black people, I’m pretty sure coach supervisors train him to act the way he does towards black people. Because in reality they don’t want us wearing their ish! That’s the real raw truth. Nothing will be don and we will not be compensated. So I hope more fellow blacks review these comments and either spend money in their own communities or just stop being materialistic !

I’m not sure what female associate was working on 3/14/25 &answered the phone at 12:35 pm, but you have a nasty attitude. I called to ask if they offered a certain program. I asked a specific question and instead of giving me the full run down she kept giving one word answers and kept saying “yup” after I had to pry. Clearly she did not want to be there. I will take my services elsewhere

I just want to say how much I love and appreciate Alex for helping me design two Tabby’s. He’s very helpful and sweet and I love his suggestions. Definitely coming back to have him help me design another bag soon.

Alex was fantastic. We went to browse at the Brooklyn bag and he was VERY helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. He even gave us advice on colors and which charms would look great with the bag of our choice! We were also unaware of the free monogram which was a nice surprise!
Alex made the entire process very fun and enjoyable. We will 100% be back to this location.

Usually I don't complain, but the store manager is horrible. I wanted to make a return, and the manager a guy was so Rude and unprofessional and when I asked him if he can let me talk to another manager or his supervisor he said I’m the only manager here and the only one in charge . Later on I tried to call the store and a lady name JADA answered and I asked her to transfer my call to the store manager she said we have only one manager here and he name is Stephanie !!!! I said when I was there earlier the guy who was working there said he’s the manager and he’s the only one in charge !!!! Worst customer service EVER.
