Crogman School Lofts is a small historic community nestled in a vibrant neighborhood in the Heart of Atlanta. Once a historic middle school, Crogman School Lofts was transferred into loft space for easy living in 1985. We offer studio, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartment homes that include spacious lofts with soaring 17 ft. ceilings and garden style apartments with balconies. Crogman has full electric units, washer and dryer connections (stackable), on site laundry facilities, a playground for children, and a spacious sundeck with city views. I've been a tenant for 17 years and so many different leasing managers come and not stay long. It is with great pride I can say the present leasing manager Morgan is doing a awesome job in a very professional and caring manor. Thank you for finally getting the right person that appreciates her tenants.

Morgan helped me move in by making my process extremely smooth. We were able to handle everything ahead of time, she explained to me how everything worked and on move in day, I was able to drop off my payment, collect my keys and go! It took no time. Happy to be a new resident here!
