I just had the worst customer service I ever had at this pharmacy. They don't care to serve their customers. There are plenty of other pharmacies around Dunwoody and I will go to one of those.

CVS needs to post the correct hours on the website so customers don't waste time. The website says they're opened until 8 pm but they actually close at 7:00.

This CVS tries but the pharmacy is constantly understaffed. Everything takes a long time so just don't be in a hurry. I think they could use more customer service training. Learning a few key phrases and looking your customers in the eye would go a long way. But still, they need more people.
