10 Perimeter Park is under new management and the recent experiences have been great. Both the administrative staff and the maintenance team have been responsive and attentive. I am appreciative of the changes that I am seeing around the community.

I had a pleasant tour at this property. The staff and management was friendly, Zamariah was professional and thorough. The area is nice. Seems quiet.
