McKinley was amazingly helpful in printing a get well soon card for my daughter from an image we generated. Even though this was a one-off, he was willing to iterate on a few image sizes in order to get it right. And wouldn't you know it -- the card made my daughters day! Thanks!

OK, I know it might be a little weird to write a review for a FedEx, but the customer service here is so great that I had to. Every time I come into this location the staff is so friendly so on top of it I’m in and out quickly. Recently, I had a printing job that needed to get done for work and I had minimal direction for how to complete it but Tommy (who I believe is a store manager there) took the time to walk me through all of my options and carefully explain the process to me.
I’m so grateful to have a local FedEx team who is so efficient and so pleasant to do business with!

This is not even the closest FedEx to me. But I will go out of my way just to go to this one and have been going there for years. Although the staff has changed still managed to find good people. They go over and beyond. Which is why I don't even attempt going to any other FedEx in the city.

I’ve been using this location for over eight years. It has the most miserable and unfriendly staff I have ever dealt with. About six months ago the management changed, and I was assured the treatment and lack of respect would change. Not so. I only come here because it’s very close to my home and it’s very inconvenient to go elsewhere.

The absolute best and most dependable shipping business in Atlanta. I love this location and their staff. They have come through for me so many times. Curtis and McKinley are my heroes. They have stayed late to help me meet work deadlines and get in deliverables more than once, always taking care and pride in their work and going above and beyond. Thank you so much!!

MCKINLEY is incredible!!!! Examples amazing customer service. He is prompt, kind, efficient, and does an excellent job. While he was the only one staffing that location, he promptly completely a difficult print and laminate job same day for me. Super appreciative of him!

McKinley has demonstrated an unacceptable level of incompetence and dishonesty in his role as manager. I contacted him four separate times to ensure that my materials would be printed and ready by the agreed-upon time. Each time, he assured me that everything was on schedule. Upon arrival, however, my manager found that nothing had been prepared. Despite previously confirming receipt of my email, McKinley later falsely claimed that he had never spoken with me. He then contradicted himself, admitting to only one conversation, when in fact we had spoken four times. This level of negligence and dishonesty is completely unacceptable. I strongly urge FedEx Corporate to investigate McKinley’s conduct, as he is clearly not fulfilling his responsibilities

This is the hardest working staff I’ve seen at any print / shipping center ever. Someone give Curtis a raise, seriously! I’m here late to ask for same day specialty print and they’re gladly helping out + going above and beyond for everyone here. Will absolutely be a return customer.

Let me start with this -- I never write reviews of places. I walked into this place to print five flyers from a USB flash drive. That should have taken no more than 10 minutes! The layout of this store has a large gap at the front desk, and I mistakenly took a couple steps into this area thinking it was part of the public use area. The one employee in the store, a white guy with glasses, immediately screamed at me. If he had done that out on the street, I would have decked his ass. Realizing my mistake, I quickly found the right area for self-printing, and got in line. The employee occasionally gave me eat-shit-and-die glares for the next few minutes. At the self-print area, there were two people, each standing at a separate printer, both evidently needing help. Obviously, this store is severely under-staffed, and the one employee that was minding the store needs to up his meds. I live in the neighborhood, and I will NEVER step foot in this store again, and my dollars will be now be going to your competitor.
