Employees inside are very friendly and helpful. I wish there was a way to update store hours in the app because I came on a day it was supposed to be open but it was closed. FedEx as a company is trash, but the folks inside make up for it.

Greg was incredibly helpful and patient with me! He helped me set up my FedEx account, wrapped my items in bubble wrap with care, and spent lots of time to make sure I was taken care of. All while assisting other customers. Get this man a raise!
