Five Below is a fun and well-laid out store offering a great selection of reasonably-priced toys, games, accessories, and snacks. The store is well-stocked and very clean. Customer service is excellent, on point, efficient, and great, with upbeat and engaging employees who offer help and provide a refreshing experience. While the many self-check options are noted, there is some feedback that not all technology is great. Overall, visits are described as truly awesome, with customers easily finding what they need and more in this enjoyable shopping environment.

Shot out to the employee Roux at this location. We needed a graduation balloon last minute and even though the store had just closed, she was gracious enough to let us run in quickly to grab one. Great customer service and consideration, thank you again!
