“They need to change the name of the store to 7 dollars and below, there was still lots to choose from but most items were at least 7 dollars and went all the way up to 40.”
“I rarely write reviews, but the outstanding customer service I received from Nylah at Five Below absolutely deserves recognition. I was searching for a specific, hard-to-find item, and instead of just pointing me toward an aisle, Nylah went completely above and beyond to help me track it down. She handled everything with an amazing, positive attitude and made the entire process look effortless.
On top of that, she personally assisted me with checking out, ensuring a smooth and pleasant end to my visit. It is clear she takes great pride in her work, which reflects in how nice, clean, and highly organized the entire store is. Employees like Nylah are incredibly rare nowadays—she did an awesome job with absolutely no complaints. Corporate needs to give this lady a raise immediately! She is a massive asset to this store, and I will definitely be a returning customer because of her.”
“Wonderful store. Amazing inventory of interesting wares. We picked up annoyed, a couple slinky's, kids books, matchbox cars, beach pails, etc. Though I didn't buy any, I was struck by the quality (and selection) of puzzles. We will definitely be back when we come to town.”

“Some of these previous reviews are disgusting. Never take a picture of an employee just to harass them online. Thats creepy behavior. I'm sure the employee did the best she could. You can see how uncomfortable she is at getting her picture taken by a random irate individual.
I'm a customer myself. Smh”
“Stephanie was amazing!!! She was so sweet and so helpful! She took her time to help me find something that I was looking for. She was so knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and cared. Thank you so much Stephanie for your wonderful customer service!”
“It is definitely a bargain village! If you know you know. But the prices are great. It was pretty easy to find as well. I can see parking being a issue, even though I didn't have any issues at the time I went which was on a Friday around noon.”
“I came in because of a tiktok! I love this store and it was my first time visiting. The variety is so fun, whimsical, and overall cute. From housewares, to stuffed animals, to greeting cards - there's ton of variety in here. This is a nice place to stop in for a gag gift, funny greeting card, that book you didn't know you needed, and a Cow Tail 😀 😉”

“Earlier this month, I went to The Vibe Box for the first time after discovering it while looking for a different spiritual shop to go to. Sagan was super friendly and informative! Her uncrossing ritual with the rain stick and the knowledge she shared with me was exactly what I needed in the moment. There’s plenty of herbs, candles, beautiful art, and just an overall good vibe in the place. Plus it’s black-owned so what’s not to love?”
