My 2nd year living here. I have no complaints. It’s not a community where you have to worry about loud neighbors or foolishness. The surrounding area is super safe, I don’t hear police sirens like ever. Yakita in the front office is good people with a warm spirit. & the maintenance team is pretty cool as well.

I stopped by Hawthorne Gates today meet with Yakita Richardson about apartment. She's was professional really nice showed me a place and gave me a tour. It was such a great experience I decided to apply. What an asset she is to your property give her a raise.
