About Hertz Car Rental - Atlanta - Courtland Street Ne
Hertz Car Rental on Atlanta's Courtland Street offers a wide selection of vehicles, including luxury and sports cars, SUVs, EVs, vans, and trucks. The location has a great team that provides professional, helpful, and smooth service, enabling customers to get in and out quickly. Many find it an excellent location with amazing and great customer service.
However, experiences can vary. Some customers report long wait times upon arrival. The location is sometimes overbooked, which is attributed more to the company than the local staff. This can lead to the originally booked vehicle not being available, though the team works to provide a replacement. In rare cases, a replacement vehicle may have an issue like an odor. For the best experience, it is advised not to book last minute, as priority is given to earlier reservations. Overall, many customers are satisfied and appreciate the service, with some now preferring Hertz over other major rental companies.

Had no issues with renting here. Though the car had a faulty sensor on one tire, everything else was fine.
