We had a very tight and complicated prom schedule for my daughter’s senior prom with multiple pickup times, photo locations, and timing conflicts, and they truly did their best to accommodate us. Communication was professional, they remained patient throughout the process, and they worked hard to make sure my daughter still had a special experience on her big night. The vehicle was beautiful and added the perfect luxury touch to her prom send-off. I truly appreciate the effort, professionalism, and willingness to work with us. Highly recommend!”

“I had to come in here to get a rental last minute, and Daniel and Todd are literally running the show. They are helping everybody and just being so very sweet and respectful throughout the whole process.. Daniel explained Everything clearly and thoroughly. Unfortunately, it took almost 2 months for my car to get fixed so we built a very professional relationship and Daniel and Todd came through each time. Todd helped me towards the end of the rental process, but I was so lucky to start things off with Daniel. You can tell they’re a great team and very efficient when they work together. Sreekar was very helpful over the phone and we spoke several times because my rental car was being covered by insurance. Dihanh was awesome when I returned my car and gave me a ride to the collision center to pick up my car.”

“I was scheduled to pick up the vehicle at 9:00 AM on Sunday. From the moment I walked into the office to receiving the vehicle, it only took about five minutes. Within those five minutes, they kindly explained all the important information and policies. I returned the vehicle around 6:00 PM, dropped the key in the return box, and went home. This Monday afternoon, I received a follow-up email asking about my experience, and they were very kind through the final communication as well.
