Fix your damn website and the pickup and drop off location . Separate the damn 2 .. how dumb . I can only put one location in . I need to drop at another location

car was not washed, as five star member bad selection of cars. but it was fast.

Staff was not friendly, seemed to take pleasure in the inconveniences they were imposing on me. Because of their unreasonable rules, I was delayed 3 hours before I could get processed. Then had to wait an additional hour to get my car. They made my trip a disaster.
