“I just want to give a huge shoutout to the store associate Dwayne at this location, as well as Corey the manager. Dwayne went above and beyond to help me track down a Milwaukee tool. He spent so much time helping me and was nice and patient. At the end, we couldn’t find the exact tool I was looking for, but we found a similar item and Dwayne was instrumental in working with his manager Corey in getting me a similar price.
Thank you to these two gentlemen for all their help! The employees pay a big part in why I will continue to visit this location.”

I am a SERIOUS Clearance shopper, buying regardless of need & sometimes fit & I am ABSOLUTELY horrible at organizing my receipts, I always have them, too many from months past, normally the CS reps can't be bothered to help, they just tell me,find the receipt & come back when you have it. “I fell in love with a pivot door they had, for my home that is being built. I called to inquire more about it and got a man buy the name of Theo. This man's customer service was top tier. I must've called him 5 different times with questions about this door, he was pleasant, didn't act like I was bugging him, and put my mind at ease, because I was worried about this big of a purchase online. (Money & The heavy door) He walked me through the whole process and even got me a major discount. He even took a picture of the actual door and sent it to me. Thanks Theo for making my purchase a breeze. I love my door and it looks beautiful hung on my house.”
