Andre was the salesman who dealt with me for a few months until we were ready. He was great to work with and was ready when we arrived from Orlando.”

“Drexler Glass installed a shower door and window for me.
1. The reps who came out on site to do the measurements (Michael and Ethan) were also the installers. This might not sound like a big deal, but having the person who took measurements and notes also do the installation makes a huge difference.

2. I knew that one of my shower window walls wasn't exactly plumb. Off at the top by about a 1/4 of an inch. I didn't point it out and waited to see if they noticed... they measured top, middle and bottom, and indicated that the opening was a little wider at the top... not a problem they said. We can custom cut the glass so that it fits like a charm... it did. I knew right then I had chosen the right guys.

3. When they showed up to install the glass, they took their time, did the install to perfection, and even gave me a couple of options as to where to place the glass. Little things like this made a huge difference in the final appearance.

4. Their price was very competitive, and a great value for the money especially considering that their installation was above and beyond.

I highly recommend Drexler Glass, and if you do use them, be sure to ask for Michael and Ethan to do the install!”

“What a gem! Lifecycle is one of those places that every city needs and it hits my perfect trifecta of "recycling/waste elimination", "supporting the community" and "saving money". I've shopped here for years and have found lots of really useful things saving so much money on projects are my house and business. The building is pretty barebones (but also majorly cool if you love old buildings) but the service is fantastic. The people at LBC are always helpful and kind”

“We love this store. Prices are great. Nicer/newer items are placed near the entrance and priced a little higher, but there are cheaper items as you continue through the store. We always find something we need or just fun or interesting. Great personal care section near the registers.”

“Not the biggest liquidation place but the staff is wonderful and helpful. Ms. Sharon is the best with getting you the best deal and knowledgeable. Ms. Veronica is AWESOME, great personality and great sales woman.

They have a good 75% off the store towards the end of the month and you can grab a good deal on any item. If you're looking for ceiling fans, blinds, electrical wiring and tool accessories. This a good place to check first.

They now have a lower level where they moved majority of their cabinets and tubs”

“I had an unbelievable experience recently thanks to the assistant manager, Lee. I went in and purchased 12 pieces of shiplap that were 12 feet long and I needed them to be cut so that I could get them into my car. I ran into Lee and asked him if he would be able to cut them and he said “Unfortunately, the saw is not working today”. And I was bummed because I really needed to complete this project at my house. So, Lee added, “I’m not going to leave you hanging, though; There’s another way to do this”. He said, “I can just cut each piece by hand”. And I replied, no way…you are crazy…there is no way that I would expect you to cut all of these pieces of shiplap by hand. But he was serious, and he proceeded to cut each piece one by one. I told him I had to write this review because this is an example of above and beyond service and everyone should know about it. All I want to say is, THANK YOU, LEE! You not only saved the day for the project I was working on, but you made my day with going above and beyond to help me. You and Home Depot were there for me when I needed you most!”

“I’m giving this store five stars because I had an amazing experience with the appliance specialist, Chris Rutledge. He helped me narrow down my options and choose a new refrigerator and dishwasher. They were delivered three days later and it all went very smoothly. So thankful there was no stress involved with this transaction. I would definitely go back to Home Depot and work with Chris again. “My last visit here was so positive, and I think that's been the case with my most recent visits. Everyone seemed eager to help me, and Ms. Kelly was outstanding! She waiting on the phone with another store for 5 - 7 minutes just to verify whether they had a specific grass seed I was looking for before I wasted a trip to the other store. I didn't even ask her to call, she volunteered on her own. Other associates checked on my husband and I throughout this store visit, and helped us fine products. During our renovations I spend a fair amount of time in Home Depot stores, and I've been to the Jonesboro store several times. I think this store is really improving with its level of customer service.”

I am a SERIOUS Clearance shopper, buying regardless of need & sometimes fit & I am ABSOLUTELY horrible at organizing my receipts, I always have them, too many from months past, normally the CS reps can't be bothered to help, they just tell me,find the receipt & come back when you have it. Ellen took it as a challenge, she ROCKS & FOUND RECEIPTS FOR EVERY SINGLE RETURN. SHE was patient
