While they didn’t have exactly what I needed in stock, Christian found me a similar product that would work and was even able to get me a discount on the product to help me out. I’m also pretty sure he took time out of his own break to do this. Needless to say, with that type of above and beyond service, I will absolutely be coming back for future needs, and I can most definitely see why Christian is a manager, he was fantastic!”

“I fell in love with a pivot door they had, for my home that is being built. I called to inquire more about it and got a man buy the name of Theo. This man's customer service was top tier. I must've called him 5 different times with questions about this door, he was pleasant, didn't act like I was bugging him, and put my mind at ease, because I was worried about this big of a purchase online. (Money & The heavy door) He walked me through the whole process and even got me a major discount. He even took a picture of the actual door and sent it to me. Thanks Theo for making my purchase a breeze. I love my door and it looks beautiful hung on my house.”

“When we started our kitchen renovation I stopped by ProSource to get ideas for the backsplash. Holly was available and as always offered to help with suggestions, or let me peruse on my own. She is always fantastic even tho' I am not sure I'm the best customer!?
We ordered our tile right before their warehouse planned to close for remodeling so she gave us options to pick it up - worked perfectly. When the tile setter arrived we talked about the layout and changed to a herringbone at a 90 degree angle. Because of the tile layout we were short tile - 2 pieces. Holly was fantastic again as she ordered the tile, we picked it up at 8:30am the next morning and the backsplash was finished by noon.
We've order a lot from ProSource - fireplace stacked stone, carpet, master bath tile, sinks. Holly has always been very helpful and I love the one-stop shopping available! Thanks, All!”

“My doors just arrived today, and I just had to text James immediately to say how beyond pleased I am. I ordered these a few months ago, and you can only tell so much from the photos on the web site, but the doors that arrived today far exceed my expectations. They are, in a word, exquisite. I was concerned they might not be able to get the stain uniform enough for my tastes, as I picked the rustic mahogany design with ridges, but the stain and finish are flawless. We had a lot of communication during the process, and James never lost patience with me and stayed cheerful and eager to please, which is saying something, given how much I obsessed. This is the most money I have ever splurged on a custom made item for my home, and the price was a couple thousand dollars less than any other place I considered, and I did a TON of research for custom made mahogany exterior doors. I am so pleased with the quality and professionalism of Meade's work. So grateful for my gorgeous new doors! I'm in Phila, Pa, and shipping is it's own can of worms, but I went with Roadrunner and they did a terrific job and no damage to my precious doors for a very reasonable price. I ordered a Streamline tub through Home Depot’s website, and the experience with the manufacturer and third-party freight company was extremely disappointing. The delivery was significantly delayed, and I could not get any useful information or updates from the freight company. When the tub finally arrived, it appeared to have been a previous return. It was shipped in a box with virtually no protective packaging, and the tub was badly scuffed.
In my opinion, Home Depot should seriously reconsider doing business with Streamline and this freight company. Their poor service and careless handling reflect badly on Home Depot, even though the local store employees had no control over the situation.
Thankfully, Anthony, Alex, Elise, and Shelly went above and beyond to help me. They assisted with the situation, made sure the tub was loaded, and treated me with professionalism, patience, and respect. Their excellent customer service was the one bright spot in an otherwise terrible purchasing experience.
Home Depot is fortunate to have employees like them. They deserve recognition for stepping in and helping resolve problems created by an unreliable vendor and shipping company.”
