What a surprise at Holiday Inn you have to pay $15 for the SAME EXACT breakfast buffet you get at Holiday Inn EXPRESS which is iINCLUDED in the price. You pay MORE and get LESS at Holiday Inn. Ridiculous.

Tried calling customer service today for an issue. Worst customer service I have ever received. On tenth call now, they transfer and it hangs up. Must be phone issues in the Philippines
