“Pleasantly surprised with this IHG hotel and would recommend it to others. Room was extremely large and well decorated. Very comfortable and bougie. Love all the mirrors. Nice lobby and bar for food and drinks. I like the themed nights. And beautiful outdoor seating. Front desk, ladies at the bar and everyone who worked there were very nice. Parking was convenient and safe. Not a bad neighborhood, but not really walkable. Don't let that discourage you. Close to everything you would need via car or Uber. As a Marriott Titanium member, I found this hotel better than alot of Marriotts I stay at. Being at able to book this stay with my Chase Sapphire Reserve benefit was a plus. I would definitely book this hotel without the benefits. Thank you for a wonderful stay. See you next time.”

“We had a great stay here overall. Nice updated property, and most of the staff inside the hotel were accommodating and friendly. The check-in staff was friendly. We arrived an hour before breakfast closed, but the bagels were out. One of the restocking ladies was not in the mood to grab more, but a host was more than willing and went down herself to get them. Same with the valet. One was kind and communicative with the hotel car service, while another was rude and offended that I didn’t tip him while leaving my car parked for a few minutes to grab my luggage, and made odd arm gestures to me. Another thing, garage parking is inconvenient due to the walk across the street and still paying $50/night. Overall, the hotel is a nice stay. Good views, great location, overall professional service.”

“Pros: The service was truly impeccable. The staff was attentive, proactive, and consistently quick to respond to any request. The facility itself is beautiful, with outstanding amenities throughout. Guest rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and exceptionally clean. The conference team was a pleasure to work with. Both the conference manager (Jenn) and A/V vendor (JP) were professional, responsive, and easy to coordinate with. The banquet captain (Tareq) was highly service-oriented, accessible, and ensured everything ran smoothly. The valet team was equally impressive, making loading, unloading, and storage effortless. In addition, the restaurant and bar staff were consistently kind, welcoming, and eager to help. Cons: The biggest disappointment was the bed. It was exceptionally firm to the point that I struggled to sleep comfortably during my three-night stay. While the conference food was acceptable, it did not meet expectations given the cost per attendee. I anticipated a more memorable dining experience and higher-quality offerings, but the meals were simply average. The same was true of room service breakfast and dinner in the bar area. While the food was fine, it lacked the quality and creativity one might expect at this price point. Overall: The property's greatest strength is its commitment to service. At no point did I encounter a team member who was unwilling to help, and requests were consistently followed through without hesitation. If you asked, you received, which is both refreshing and increasingly rare today. If the property can improve the comfort of its beds and elevate the quality of its food offerings to match its exceptional service standards, it would deliver an outstanding guest experience from start to finish.”

“Short proximity to the airport with shuttle bus access. We had to quickly find a place to stay for an overnight layover due to missed connecting flight. The check-in service was phenomenal. Very accommodating to our needs (room assignment and providing roll out bed) and offered helpful advice on best time to catch the shuttle bus in the morning based on our flight time. I believe his name is Anthony and I hope this review reaches him! His colleague on the shift provided great service too.”

“Great downtown location with amenities built for comfort. The location is central to a lot of local dining and the hotel is staffed with a great team throughout. We didn't try and of the meals at the hotel as we decided to explore dining in the city instead. We almost booked parking elsewhere but wisely decided to use the hotel valet instead. This was an amazing choice due to the convenience but the friendly valet team was even more amazing. The room was spacious and only a short trip to another floor to enjoy the pool and gym. During 2 nights of our stay we were able to enjoy drinks and a live DJ while enjoying the pool and city scape views. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.”

“Pleasantly surprised! We visited for a game at Truist. Location was very walkable, convenient, and included plenty of parking. Rooms were quite nice - newly updated, clean, and comfortable. Full bar open in the evenings and sundries available for purchase. The entire staff was professional and friendly. Complimentary breakfast was okay. We did appreciate hot coffee and OJ. In room streaming services are in need of updating. We were unable to stream our event due to limitations of aPps and lack of accessibility. Overall, a very nice visit! Thank you!”

“My experience with Minute Suites was pleasant and, most importantly, it served its purpose when I really needed it. After leaving Seattle for Atlanta, our flight experienced significant disruptions that the airline attributed to weather. We were ultimately diverted, and I missed my connecting flight, leaving me stranded overnight. Initially, all of the suites were booked, but the attendant suggested that I continue checking online for availability at a different location. Thankfully, I was able to secure a reservation because by the time I arrived at the front desk, they were completely full. After such a long and exhausting travel day, having a private, quiet place where I could actually lie down instead of spending the night sitting in an airport chair made the situation considerably better. I was also eligible for the military discount. It was initially overlooked and I was charged the full rate, but the attendant corrected the charge and credited the difference back. Overall, Minute Suites provided exactly what I needed during an unexpected overnight stay. Having a private place to rest while waiting for my next flight made a frustrating travel experience much more manageable, and I would definitely use them again”

A special thank you to Veronica at the front desk, whose exceptional customer service, professionalism, and hospitality truly made my experience memorable. One area of opportunity I would encourage the General Manager to address is employee professionalism in public spaces. While waiting for my room, I worked from the lobby and overheard two individuals an older gentleman and a taller woman with short spiky hair speaking rather loudly about hotel employees near my table. Although they appeared to believe they were whispering, their conversation was clearly audible and not appropriate for a guest-facing environment. Overall, a wonderful experience! Veronica is a tremendous asset to the property, and with a little more attention to professionalism in shared spaces, this hotel can deliver an even more exceptional guest experience.”

“We just had an amazing four night stay at this hotel. The only complaint I have is that the queen size beds actually felt smaller than a queen. Otherwise we received such wonderful service that we would definitely stay here again. There is a $60 a night parking fee, which feels steep, but the Valets are so great that the convenience makes it worth it. The breakfast comes with an omelet station, plenty of options for the kids, and a full selection of juices and coffees. The housekeepers are friendly and quick to respond to requests. From start to finish we felt like everyone was welcoming, helpful, and determined to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The location can’t be beat, across the street from Centennial park and 2 blocks from the aquarium and other attractions. 10/10 would recommend.”

“Craig and Autumn (The A Team) deserve gold stars! We were welcomed with smiles at check-in, and the entire process was smooth and quick. I spoke with Craig during my pre-arrival call and asked for a high-floor room. He not only honored my request but went above and beyond by assigning us a room with a great view of Truist Stadium. Thank you, Craig, for making our stay extra special! Unfortunately, our experience at the hotel bar was not nearly as positive. Morgan’s service was very slow, with drinks taking more than 20 minutes to prepare after we ordered. We also observed other guests experiencing significant delays with their food orders. It was clear she failed to ring order in system. Two guests became frustrated and asked to cancel their orders after waiting over an hour. What was most disappointing was hearing Morgan speak negatively about those customers in front of the entire bar after they left. I found that very unprofessional and inappropriate. I would suggest additional customer-service training and having a manager observe the bar during one of her shifts to help address these concerns. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, especially the excellent service from Craig and Autumn, the clean rooms, comfortable beds, and great view. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Atlanta!”

“I was so sad to check out of my one night stay at the Wylie hotel. All the staff was excellent. Valet holds the door as you enter, the front desk agents have wonderful attitudes and greet each guest with a smile. Miss Evida helped check us in and assisted us with all questions from restaurant info, water and ice stations, and even offering to hold our luggage while exploring. It was raining when we left this morning and she even offered for us to borrow an umbrella for our trip. What excellent service and a gorgeous boutique hotel! Carmen at the restaurant was also excellent. She ensured our sweet teas were always full and made menu recommendations to provide the best dining experience for us. 10/10”

“I have to say I was having a tough day. I was going on vacation to South America with an Atlanta stop over and I didn’t have a ticket for my spouse. They lost my luggage. It is probably a 2 season series to talk about my life over the last few months and this was supposed to be a vacation! For a few minutes of peace I went to the bar at the Marriott and luckily Monica was there. I wasn’t at my best. So often today people that are client facing are uninterested, but she is engaged! Add that to her enthusiasm, lovely personality and kindness makes her truly unique. Anyone who is considering flying through Atlanta Georgia should make this a stop… It will make your day better.”
