“We stayed here for the first time in Buckhead because my mom had a WPF conference in September 2025. This boutique hotel was great because its location was central to restaurants and shopping. The boutique hotel gives an upscale boutique atmosphere. You feel as though you are being taken care of but it also gives a chill vibe because of the restaurant views of downtown. The decor and motif of the rooms pay homage to the southwestern culture but with a modern twist. I loved the colors and furniture and accents in the room, the lobby, the restaurants and other areas. The rooms were always well cleaned and stocked with all the toiletries and necessities when we arrived as well as throughout our stay. Even though the hotel had an event and is located near shops and restaurants, there was no issues with noise or service, there were no complaints. NOW, LETS ADDRESS THE AMAZING AND WONDERFUL STAFF that made my stay even better to the point that I would come back specifically to this hotel because of their STAFF. Jazalyn, Chantai, Mahari, Brandon and Lakuan WERE AMAZING! Each of them provided excellent customer service with a smile, always willing to help and answer all my questions, very attentive and friendly! They gave us wonderful and delicious restaurant recommendations that were 5 stars! Make sure to keep them apart of your staff! Also, cannot leave this review without mentioning Troy and his valet team, they were so accommodating, attentive and polite! They also provided excellent service with a smile and taking us to places within 1 mile as a part of their complimentary shuttle service. If you stay there, make sure to look out for the awesome front desk staff, food manager, and valet team! YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED, TRUST ME!!!!!”

“Well appointed hotel in a good location, walkable to many restaurants. Good sized rooms, nice amenities, really good gym for a hotel. My issue is that my room (1124) had a loud ticking noise that would happen sporadically through the night, and woke me up/kept me awake. It sounded like it originated in the bathroom ceiling somewhere. The bed also wasnt the most comfortable, but not terrible.”

“Comfortable beds and a decent size room. No view to speak of, but I didn't ask for one.
Check in was easy and incredibly friendly! The lady at the front desk was an absolute pleasure.
Parking was a bit confusing as there are only a few spots on level 2 (the main level from the street) and it's a dead-end...plus I think the gate system is new, but we figured it out.”

“Stayed here for a night out at the symphony. It was better than expected. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for anyone wanting a nice stay. The room was very nice and comfortable, much nicer than I have experienced at most Marriott properties lately. It was very convenient for our destinations, we left the car and were able to walk. Only negative - no lounge for my Bonvoy platinum status, but they did provide a breakfast voucher which almost covered the cost.”

We had to quickly find a place to stay for an overnight layover due to missed connecting flight.
The check-in service was phenomenal. Very accommodating to our needs (room assignment and providing roll out bed) and offered helpful advice on best time to catch the shuttle bus in the morning based on our flight time. I believe his name is Anthony and I hope this review reaches him! His colleague on the shift provided great service too.”

“I have only ever used Four Points Sheraton for parking and shuttle service, but I must say that Stephen the shuttle driver is amazing! He’s a great and safe driver! He’s also very kind and helps everyone to get on and off the shuttle bus in a safe manor! He goes above and beyond his duties, and I highly recommend!”

“Stayed at this hotel for one night. I was in Atlanta for the Usher concert at the arena and wanted to stay at a hotel close to the airport. The hotel offered free pick up service to the hotel located outside the airport. I made the mistake of going to where the ride share areas are. Don't do that, when you come up the long escalator and the baggage claim is right in front of you. Walking to the left side of the baggage claim that is by the security desk is the exit to the hotel shuttles just follow the signs once outside.
The hotel was less than 7 mins from the airport and the room was a double. I ordered room service I thought was a little pricey but I was short on time until the concert. $30 for a burger and fries and soda. Very large hotel, I have never been in a hotel where the rooms faced outward and it looked like an open concept hotel. Clean, organized and I would stay there again.
Nearby activities: Usher concert in downtown Atlanta

“Pleasantly surprised! We visited for a game at Truist. Location was very walkable, convenient, and included plenty of parking. Rooms were quite nice - newly updated, clean, and comfortable. Full bar open in the evenings and sundries available for purchase. The entire staff was professional and friendly. Complimentary breakfast was okay. We did appreciate hot coffee and OJ. In room streaming services are in need of updating. We were unable to stream our event due to limitations of aPps and lack of accessibility. Overall, a very nice visit! Thank you!”

There was a hiccup with our reservations (our fault) and Maleeha was so kind and patient while we got things straightened out! She gave us great advice on things to do in the area, made sure we could find our way around, and was just a delight to work with!
The room was beautifully appointed, clean, and so very comfortable!
Everyone we encountered at this hotel was very friendly and offered assistance. There were also delicious egg rolls and wine being offered in the lobby!”

“This Marriott is very convenient to my place of business. The building and rooms are well maintained. The bed is probably one of the most comfortable of all the Marriotts I have visited. Luis in the M Club is a fantastic employee. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Mr. Anthony the food and beverage manager checked in on everyone making sure they were having a pleasant evening.
The only thing is I hope they upgrade to having EV charging soon.”

“I was so sad to check out of my one night stay at the Wylie hotel. All the staff was excellent. Valet holds the door as you enter, the front desk agents have wonderful attitudes and greet each guest with a smile. Miss Evida helped check us in and assisted us with all questions from restaurant info, water and ice stations, and even offering to hold our luggage while exploring. It was raining when we left this morning and she even offered for us to borrow an umbrella for our trip. What excellent service and a gorgeous boutique hotel! Carmen at the restaurant was also excellent. She ensured our sweet teas were always full and made menu recommendations to provide the best dining experience for us. 10/10”

“Parking is garage only and it's $40 coming and going each time, unless you do valet and then it's $40 flat, which is nice, and they tell you that up front so you dont get surprised. For the room, we had an issue with the tub draining and a carpet nail was sticking up between the carpet and tiles, but they sent someone up immediately so we did not have to wait or switch rooms. The staff is all polite, happy to help, and gave us free breakfast. It was a pleasant stay, overall, and I would book again.”

“Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta at Centennial Olympic Park is an excellent location if you want to stay close to downtown Atlanta attractions, restaurants, and entertainment. The hotel is within walking distance of several major destinations, which made the stay very convenient.
The lobby and common areas are visually impressive, spacious, and well maintained. The atmosphere feels upscale while still being comfortable and family friendly. The staff throughout the hotel was professional, welcoming, and helpful during the stay.
The room was clean, comfortable, and provided plenty of space to relax. I also appreciated the overall layout of the hotel, the indoor atrium design, and the convenience of nearby dining and attractions. Parking and check-in were manageable considering the downtown location.
Overall, this is a great hotel option for anyone visiting Atlanta who wants a central location, professional service, and a comfortable stay near Centennial Olympic Park.”
