“As an Ambassador Elite I stay at many hotels and this property has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Justin at the front desk addressed an issue for me in a very professional manner. He resolved the issue quickly and was very helpful. With his many stays as I do coming across an excellent employee like Justin is always very nice. Great job Justin!”

“I've cherished this restaurant from the moment it opened. It has a serene and delightful ambiance, alongside the truly outstanding cuisine. Over the years, each visit has been a testament to its excellence. Unfortunately, our latest dining experience didn't quite match the high standards we've come to expect. Despite making a reservation well ahead of time and indicating that we were celebrating our anniversary, we found ourselves seated in the bar area. This part of the restaurant is known for its lively atmosphere, which, while enjoyable, wasn't what we had envisioned for our special occasion.”

“A delightful example of a Grand Hyatt in the wonderful Buckhead neighborhood. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped, and the staff are very accommodating. Cassis Restaurant has an excellent menu for both breakfast and lunch options.”

“The calmness of the room. Furniture that is dark brown is very soothing. And believe it or not I was very close to The Masquerade, for a concert Kmfdm. I was quite surprised.”

“Excellent vintage Hilton curio hotel. The staff and service are exceptional. The restaurant is very nice but pricey. Valet parking only. Located about 1 mile from the major attractions. Easy walk down Peachtree Street to shopping and restaurants. Lots of homeless people in the area which can be concerning if walking around downtown at night, to be expected in a big city.Rooms: Large bathrooms. Double queen room was adequate for 3 people. No coffee maker, but it has a tiny espresso machine? Refrigerator. Bottled water. Room safe. Large pillows and thick blankets.Nearby activities: About 1 mile walk to Centennial Park attractions. Peachtree street downtown shop and restaurants. Expect to pay to park everywhere.Safety: The hotel itself is safe but the surrounding area is typical of any metropolitan downtown area. There is always a valet or concierge staff at the main entrance.Food & drinks: The restaurant and bar are great but the prices are $$$. 1 beer and cocktail was $35, chicken sandwich with fries was $28.”

“Simply the best bang for your buck hotel in the area! This hotel has a beautiful modern design, spacious rooms, free breakfast with omelet station, a restaurant with good food and convenient hours, free EV charging, and a great location. What more could you want? Martin and the team always take good care of my family and I every time we stay.”

“Hands down the best hotel to stay at in midtown. Close parking, or you can valet. Exceptional concierge. They were sold out, but guests having to wait was kept to a minimum. Modern and luxurious. Our company was holding meetings there as well as staying there and the meeting room was professional and well decorated. It didn't feel like we were in a hotel meeting room. It had all the high-tech amenities as well as the well stocked consumables.Rooms: The rooms were beautifully and tastefully done. The bed was comfortable. The black-out shades perfect. Best I have slept in a hotel in years. Large restroom, well thought out design. And while I didn't partake, the in room bar had a great selection of items from the bottled water (Icelandic, it's the best) and sodas to the beer and spirits.Walkability: Being located in midtown, there are plenty of restaurant and bar options within walking distance.Food & drinks: The hotel restaurant and catering staff (meeting rooms) were top-notch. The menu options offered elevated cuisine and was served by staff who were professional and polite. The food was delicious.”

“My recent stay at The Ritz-Carlton was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived at the valet, the staff exhibited a level of genuine kindness and helpfulness that set the tone for an outstanding experience. Upon an early check-in, the bellman efficiently took care of my bags and guided me to a beautifully appointed room. The accommodations were not only luxurious but also meticulously clean, reaffirming the hotel's commitment to excellence.”

“Fantastic hotel. Very clean with very hospitable and friendly staff. Location was fantastic as it was close to many shops and restaurants. The architecture inside was stunning with its vintagr double stairs and facade.”

“Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are large and equipped with a coffee machine, mini fridge and save as well as TV and USB ports. The bathroom is also great, with a large shower and, as is often the case, you can hardly turn around.Valet parking (48 dollars per night) is also very reasonable since, as in all cities, parking options are very limited. Breakfast is offered in the hotel restaurant and check out at 12:00 is also quite convenient. We would definitely recommend it to everyone.”

“Sweet hotel in the heart of Atlanta, right by everything. Coke Museum, aquarium, stadiums, park. Valet service is great and the restaurants are awesome in the hotel, including a Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse! Rooms are spacious and clean with awesome views of the town. Just beware of traffic if you come in at night during the weekend…. Sheeshhhh”

“The only bad thing I can say about my stay is that I couldn’t be here longer. The rooms were clean and recently updated, and the M Club lounge was a cool place to hang out in.The staff at check in were professional and welcoming, and answered all of my questions.Look forward to coming back!”

“I stay in Atl a lot. This is one of the cleanest well run hotels I have stayed in. The staff is so friendly and everyone goes out of their way to help you. The entire staff had a smile on their face. I will be making this my new place to stay in Atl. Well done staff.”

“Missed our Spirit flight in the morning and had to spend the night in ATL for our next flight at 10pm the next day. Easily booked a room online, the shuttle to and from the Inn was straightforward although when waiting for the shuttle to go back to the airport you may wanna wait outside the Inn, sometimes the shuttle driver does not announce they are there. Front Desk and Staff were very kind. Can't beat the free food and beverages offered in the morning and evening in the dining area. Check out was at 11AM but the front desk kindly allowed us to stay until 1PM with no extra fees after asking. Back to back great experience at this Inn, would 100% stay here again. Turned my bad day around for the better thank you!!”

“Second time staying here. First time was fantastic. This time a few issues. First the clerk who checked us in had on a shirt that was showing her breasts because the buttons were about to pop. Not very welcoming personally either. Second, this room was not the same as our last one. No great news shower. Then the very nice waitress at the restaurant would disappear for long periods of time. Also the food prices from a year ago were much higher. It is a fantastic location though. Pretty soundproof rooms. We were apparently next to a storage room and that was very loud . No one thought to quietly close the door. All hours of the stay boom!”

“The room was ok. The carpet had spots and spills, and the tv remote didn't work. However, the security guy did manage to get the tv to work. Need directional signs to show where the ice machines are located.”

“Central location next to Ponce City Market - beautiful Tapestry Collection by Hilton hotel! Room was spotless and decor is so warm and inspiring. Food in Mrs. P’s Kitchen was excellent. Had the grilled Caesar, short rib, and apple tart.100% recommend it all! Front desk offered fresh flowers for purchase for your hotel room -Lovely touch!Cocktails and service by Jackie were excellent! The sunroom off the restaurant is perfect for grabbing a drink and apps with friends. The restaurant had deep booths and lots of books for intimate dining.10/10 recommend.”

“I really liked the overall quality of the room. I had a suite with a full kitchen, couch coffee table and bed which was more than enough space for me, too bad I didn't have guests. The couch was comfy, I felt right at home, and unlike most other hotels all the channels on the TV worked and there was so much variety for what to watch. The bed was big and comfy although the sheet and comforter were thinner than expected. Still very warm and cozy though. The blinds were easy to use and the windows were huge and took up most of the wall but there wasn't much to see in this case as my room was along the back/side. This hotel is right by the freeway so during certain hours you can hear loud performance cars but not so much when most of society is asleep. The tub was raised, which was odd, but the shower was easy to operate and the shower-head had multiple variations of flow - a pleasant surprise. I liked the thick and big towels compared to other hotels too. The hotel staff was kind and allowed me to choose the number of hotel keys which made things easier to keep track of. Parking was also a breeze and my things were safe for the one-night stay I was there. I would have given this hotel five stars but a roach scurried out from the tub area to under the sink cabinet when I turned on the light for my morning shower.”

“My wife and I don't get to travel much so when we do get away, it's so refreshing to stay at a hotel that you literally have no complaints about. The staff has been friendly and helpful, the food in the Sway Restaurant was phenomenal, and our room is amazing. We will definitely be staying at this hotel if we ever come back to Atlanta and obviously I highly recommend it to anyone else.”

“Absolutely amazing experience.. Awesome five star boutique hotel in the heart of Buckhead with an incredible on site restaurant. Japanese themed pampering. Great date night. A hotel room for one night and a meal for two about $700 with the room booked through Priceline. Pricey but definitely worth it for a special occasion.”

“If you are looking to book this hotel - JUST DO IT!! The location is perfect, the rooms are clean, the service is great and the hotel smells absolutely amazing all throughout! The hotel manager even met me in my room upon check-in and brought gifts to help wish me happy birthday! I will definitely book this hotel again when visiting Atlanta!”
