  Horrible. No customer service support whatsoever. I was charged $482 for a room and the very next day the property cancelled my room. I require my money back for services not rendered. The online pictures of the room are depicting another property because the one in Garland is not updated. I’m just asking for my money... read full comment

  My rent was the same for a while and I thought it was supposed to go down but it went up by $11 because of high occupancy doesn't make any sense. I thought y'all were taking care of the people that have been here already

  The staff at the Intown Suites Kannapolis location is completely unprofessional!! Mark the maintenance man allows his wife to gossip about other guests' rooms and enter them when she has no authority to. A huge change in management and maintenance is needed at this location.
