So beyond upset one of your managers has been harassing my family!! When we asked for corporates phone number she gave us a fake number…. I’ve been trying to reach you guys for over a week with calling a bunch of other phone numbers as well and no answer at all this urgent is very crucial!!!! We have had issues with multiple things in our room, most importantly our French lock is broken and has been for a couple months now and we keep telling all the workers and no one has fixed it

I've been staying at your Bell Rd location in Nashville TN for almost 2 years now and the property countiues to become worse and worse! First off, how is it my problem that the property manager Jessica Bray hasn't had a proper maintenance employee for months on end?! I've had issues with my door not working when it's cold and I end up having to crawl through the AC unit. I shouldn't have to do that at all! Does this company even care or know it's violating building codes and tenant laws? I brought that up to your so called property manager Jessica Bray and now she's threatening to have me removed from the property! I've countless times filled out a customer service form from your company's website and I always get the same response of contacting the property manager over these matters. How do I communicate with a unprofessional property manager that I've been over this matter with way too many times?! Her response is there's nothing that they can do about it until they have a maintenance employee and if I don't like it I can always move out! That is unprofessional, disrespectful, and discrimination. Check out your recent Google reviews on this Bell Rd location and you'll see clear as day that your property manager Jessica Bray has tons of one star reviews. I wonder why. Why people can't do the jobs they're hired to do is beyond me! You claim to be a company that values your customers but apparently that's a lie. Don't try to act surprised when intown suites is hit with a lawsuit due to the company and property managers blatant negligence. This company should know better and strive to be better.

I made the mistake of not checking the reviews first! After I checked in and realized the room was infested with cockroaches, I was told that they do not give refunds. I bought a can of Raid in an attempt to stay because I had paid for 8 days. After 3, I couldn’t take it anymore and just left! This was the most horrific hotel experience ever!!!!!

This hotel is ridiculous..The rooms are not clean and the wall sockets half way works..And this One girl that works at the front desk has a very very very NASTY ATTITUDE that needs to be addressed.

I’ve called this place over 25 times and haven’t gotten an answer. The conditions of these facilities are very misleading. I will be taking legal actions to ensure my money is refunded to me. People spend their last to pay for these facilities only for them to be ran down. They don’t answer the phones, they are understaffed so the services you’re suppose to get you don’t. I will never be back. If I do not receive a refund today, I will be suing.

These people will kick you out just because they are having a bad day. They don't care about you or your kids being put out in any condition. This place is sad would not recommend staying here/there and management/corporate are very rude.

I give all intown suites properties a 0. The properties all have roaches, black mold, half done rooms that they still sell u. Either the cabinets hanging off or the head boards fall off the wall or either u wake up with no water for days. I would go as far to say all of them needs to be under new management as a whole. I wonder if the health department was to check these site what would happen?? I also think they need to be torn down and rebuilt from the ground up

This hotel was not one thing like they advertised. My boyfriend booked a room for a week at the Pittsburgh location. Locked his keys in his room on accident the first night which was Saturday and couldn't get any assistance until Monday at 11? Who runs a hotel with no 24 hours assistance? So he paid for two nights he wasn't even there. The room was disgusting and the TV was entirely blue. Will never stay here again it was awful and especially for what we paid.

They are horrible with customers service...for the weekly pay the rooms are outdated and very dirty...their office and maintenance are rude and love in the premise s.....this place in San Antonio goes back to the 70s. The carpet is outdated the curtains as well ..the furniture is the worse....

When was very noisy from the people upstairsI had to check out early and get a refund. The staff was unable to stop the noise @six days.

Hi Starr, the same thing is going on with my daughter. She has been to the ER twice....yesterday made her 4th trip to urgent care.....they prescribed her steroids, another steroid inhaler, which insurance did not cover they said the ventilation is poor. She is also having to use her breathing machine everyday

Just had staff come in my room today.....with no notice !!!!. I saw the manager in the hallway....she did NOT say anything about needing to come in the room......30 min later my son came to the room and someone came in the room and removed the socket covers from the walls......why are they in my room and why was are the going in minutes after I leave......I talked to the staff and they said they are preparing for Orkin ....which is coming in TWO days... NOT TODAY .....we have to clear everything out of cabinets...pack everything up and leave for 7 hrs....yes ..we still pay full rent.....they just did this about 4 weeks ago... they gave us a date and didnt come out until a week later....we had to stay packed during the holiday and then they came out almost a week after the scheduled date. They come in your room whenever they want with NO notice and usually when you leave your room

This company is a mess and very unprofessional. I do not recommend doing business with them. They utilize dirty and conniving business practices to cheat and mistreat customers. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM!! I AM WARNING ⚠️ YOU!!
