I wish I could give -10. Horrible horrible horrible service! They don't even greet when you enter. I had to literally go up and ask for help. For a tiny little dent, I was told that it would take 3 to 4 weeks to get it fixed. Clearly, the guy had no interest in doing business. The worst customer service with the most incompetent workers!

I'm not one to complain. Always try to find the good and the bad. But this was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever seen. They have their customer commitment right there in front of you when you walk in and I was not treated with any of those standards. They told me the car was in the back I asked where he said I don't know somewhere back there. We then find a vehicle and when we found it it was blocked in by an employee. When in and asked if he could help us he said that he has no idea and in order for him to help me we will have to wait for Kylie to come back which he is unsure when that'll be. We have an appointment we had to make and I express that I just need a solution and a please figure out a way to get this vehicle moved so we can leave. He stated again that he is unable to at this time and will do it when he has his colleague back which again he has no idea when that will be. I asked for his name so I could of course follow up with his supervisor at that time he ignored me I asked his name again he did finally answer me and stated I don't have a name. Everyone around them was smiling at how he was acting so I'm sure this is normal.

Be prepared to wait and wait and wait. I had Roger Garner as my point of contact there. I did his job in calling the insurance company to get the claim settled because he couldn't reach anyone at StateFarm. I always got through and got money for all the items he wanted me to pay for out of pocket. Just as an example-the day I picked up my vehicle, the exhaust was still damaged from when I left it🙃. So, now I'm waiting again for something so basic that should have been taken care of before they called to say my vehicle was ready. Not to mention that it took a week before they even ordered the parts for my car, yet provided the insurance company and myself an estimate for the approved repairs. Take your vehicle anywhere else, but here.

My 2018 Mazda CX9 was repaired here and I ended up with a car in which parts were left unpainted, other parts were several shades of white. Staff was rude, and work was an F.

I was in a wreck a few weeks ago so my lawyer wanted me to get an alternate quote from a Buick dealership that uses authentic OEM GM parts. I called Jim Ellis collision and he wrongly told me that they only do 2014 and above quotes for collisions or maybe that’s for his dealership only but I was able to get an appointment at Carl, Black and Roswell Will never go back to Ellis !!!

I recently had auto repairs done on my Audi A7 at Jim Ellis Collision Center and they did a phenomenal job! I would definitely recommend them to take care of all your auto body repair needs!!!??????
