Johnston & Murphy is a clean, organized store located in Concourse D with a decent size. It carries a lot of inventory for both men and women, including apparel and shoes, with an awesome selection. Prices are on the higher end with regular pricing and no sales. The staff is consistently described as amazing, friendly, helpful, and efficient. Associates go out of their way to answer questions, help find sizes and products, and expertly handle emergency situations—even outfitting customers quickly for flights or special events. They provide wonderful experiences, making everyone feel important and special, which leads to high recommendations for this store.

Shawn did an amazing job. Had to go to my grandma’s funeral last minute. He helped me pick out entire wardrobe in under 15 mins and headed to my gate.

My husband needed clothes for a business trip in an emergency situation. I called the store in the ATL Airport and Desirae had clothes ready and waiting for my husband.
