“It was great having this store nearby my job to shop in. I had a great experience. The young man assisted me in the fitting of the shoe I liked. I was also able to use my teacher discount here which is great! However, when I got home I had mismatched sizes. So that is why I stated the is conveniently located near my job, I could easily take the shoe back to get the correct shoe size.”
“I went into Mizuno’s recently looking for a good pair of running shoes, and I honestly had such a great experience. The associate who helped me, Zach, was incredible. He immediately knew what he was talking about and actually took the time to understand what I needed instead of just trying to rush me into a pair.
He was super knowledgeable about the different styles and made everything really easy to understand, even for someone like me who doesn’t know much about running shoes. You can tell he really knows his job and cares about getting people in the right fit!”

But the staff were super helpful, especially Summer who was very kind and understanding despite my total lack of understanding of anything. “I needed something quick but nice for an event that evening. My hotel told me to visit this establishment and ai was not disappointed. They had an array of options from small to 2xl. I struggled picking out something and the employee was quick to assist and honestly provided feedback. The clothes are pricey but that is expected for boutiques. I gave the establishment a 4 because the shirt that I purchased bled in the wash. I didn't reach out but I hope if I did, they would have e replaced my shirt or refunded my money”

Isaiah helped me find exactly what I needed, checked for any additional discounts I could get, and even shipped my old back back to me. The other two gentlemen working in the store also took a moment to ensure I had a great customer experience. If you are in ATL and have time to swing by to visit on Concourse D, I highly advise it. The customer service on this level is rare in today's world.”

“They sold me fake chrome hearts oval belt buckle, with no response to my emails over the issue. I’m not one to leave reviews but if I spend my hard earned money expect an authentic item. Especially at the price point of CH. weight is off and engraving are off.
Update: manager personally reached out and made it right, update review for customer services. Chrome is heavily counterfeit, so high end fakes can slip through the cracks. I think they may do a good job authenticating but human error happens.”
