I try not to leave bad reviews for grocery stores cause there’s a lot going on, but there has been a drastic shift in service at this particular Kroger in the past 2 months. The last two times I’ve went there’s been no carts (no hand carts either) available. Waiting in lines to check out whether it’s self checkout or with an associate 20 people deep. And there are carts all throughout the parking lot that are disabled and can’t move because of the wheel locking trackers. Which some of them are in front of the electric charging stations. Like what is going on?! I went in for 3 items and promptly put them back.

I work a very short walk away from this Kroger and I rather drive across town then shop here. The workers are extremely rude and don’t even greet you. They either ignore you all together or stare at you like you aren’t suppose to be there. Aside from that I have been told several times they don’t accept cash. Now what kind of grocery store doesn’t accept cash. This isn’t a one off situation, I’ve been told this many times. So if you don’t have a debit or credit card you can’t buy groceries, or get medicine. Take it from me and go up the street to Publix.

paid for delivery from this location twice. the first time my order was brought to the wrong house & i had to run six doors down to grab it. the second time i was supposed to receive my order at 7 am before work, & never heard or received anything from the store until i called customer service & they kindly told me that i had to wait until 2 pm for my order to be delivered because they were short staffed. had i not called, i would still be waiting

Kroger in Atlanta is a well-organized and fully stocked store that makes grocery shopping smooth and convenient. The aisles are clean, and the produce section is fresh and neatly arranged. Staff members are helpful and courteous, and checkout is usually quick. It’s a reliable neighborhood spot for everything from daily essentials to fresh meals on the go.

This Kroger is especially well appointed and clean. They've a wide selection and the isles allow for easy wheelchair accessibility. The produce is solid and proteins fresh.

I live across the street and I go out of my way to go to Madison Yards Publix. The employees here are rude, they have solicitors in the back of the store bothering you, and they are always out of stuff groceries! It's not even cheap anymore! I keep going here occasionally out of convenience but literally always hate my experience so I really will never be back again after tonight.

The store sucks. Like you trying to turn in it's like he trying to turn it into a Publix. Publix get better service. If we want to go to Publix. We will there already two of them over here. Used to be the good store used to be the best of. But always Krogers don't care about their customers they would not let something like this happen.

Two stars because they will almost certainly have what you need and the parking is easy - and only two stars because there are good reasons to avoid this location unless you're desperate.
1. ATT sales people. Truly the worst experience to have to get around these people while you're trying to shop.
2. Poor customer service at self check out. The staff posted here is consistently slow and inattentive. In the most recent example, a staff member spent time cooing at my baby while watching me run back and forth clearing the conveyer belt, instead of actually helping clear it or helping me bag. One of many similar examples - it actually makes me wonder if in self check out there is a policy NOT to help customers. I wish they'd just help.
