Macy's is well stocked and a really well thought out department store. We were there to buy a bedspread. There was not a service person in sight which cost us time wandering around trying to locate someone. Same with checkout. Hope this was just a one off.

Looking specifically at Fine Jewelry. Was shocked to see sales clerks in tshirts. And not very knowledgeable. And most definitely felt like I was going to steal from them. I've spent a lot of money at this jewelry counter and have never felt like the salesman thought I was a thief . I will not go back ..

I shop at Macys all the time and I have never witness an employee being disrespected by another employee. The black lady in women’s shoe department with the accent is so rude. She is not a team player. I hate I did not get the young man name but kudos to the young man for engaging in her unprofessionalism.
