Metro City Bank (Headquarter) is a welcoming place for business with an enthusiastic and patient staff. The environment is comfortable, making visits pleasant. The interior of the bank looks good, and while there may be some communication challenges at times, customers generally receive the help they need. Overall, it is a recommended bank for its friendly service and positive atmosphere.
It is always a pleasure to do banking at this bank. It is one of few banking centers that are open in the weekends to their customers. Their drive through window is very convenient and so I can do my transactions without leaving my car.

I like the people and services at the bank on Jimmy Carter. But I hate the mobile app sign in. Not like any other banks with quick sign in of memorizing on password and user ID. Hope they will improve the sign in process faster in the future.
