Very good a pleasant place to live. Staff is amazing & the place is well keep and maintained. As a resident you’ll see other residents putting trash to have maintenance get when they could simply dispose it themselves or letting un welcomed people in gates. Alyson & her team is the Best.

Overall, I have had a pretty good living experience. My biggest problem is the fitness center and clubhouse. Most of the fitness equipment is either broken or missing and the bathrooms and clubhouse could definitely have better cleanliness. Other than that, I really haven’t had any issues

Anytime I would stop by the leasing office with any of my concerns, a solution was presented. Whether it be immediate or later down the line, the management team sees it through each time. The quality of care and customer service Ms. Alyson presents honestly makes my day and I’m grateful. I love my home here at Optimist!
