Orvis is a well-equipped store with a vast selection of high-quality outdoor wear, fishing gear, and accessories. The quality of its products can't be beat, with items lasting for many years. The store is one of the largest Orvis locations and is dog friendly. It also sponsors fantastic events. The staff is extraordinarily knowledgeable, very helpful, and fun to chat with. They go above and beyond to make visits successful, treating customers like family. Employees are eager to share information and want customers to catch fish. They help make new hobbies less intimidating by providing excellent references, advice, and even rigging up gear in the store. Customers consistently report amazing experiences and definitely plan to return, not just for the gear but for the great customer service.
Great service! Bubba was so helpful and knowledgeable. He even showed all our kids how to cast a fly fishing rod and was so good with them. I highly recommend booking a fishing lesson or tour with him through River Through Atlanta!
