I went in just for a new charm, but ended up also getting a bracelet cleaning and a broken charm replaced. Kennedy was so kind and helped me with it all.. she really made the experience special!

I forgot get her name, but I came here for ring sizing. The girl was very personable and helpful. She even pulled out 5 and 6 sizes to help me find the correct one. I think she was hispanic and short with long black hair. Loved her!
