Peach State Health Plan Inc. has been the insurance choice for many since 2019. Customers say the people are great to work with, gracious and helpful when changing PCPs. They recommend Peach State for its coverage and support. A young lady was helpful without complaints or hesitation, very helpful and extremely nice. The website has nearly everything needed but could be more user friendly. Service is polite, courteous and quick; large orders are handled without pulling customers off to the side. Calls can be confusing, but a third lady was a helpful angel who deserves a raise. Coverage is great, paying for scripts that others will not, though adding dental over the phone can be difficult.

The customer service line is great. Every time I called and needed help their members service team were so helpful and professional. Finding an adult dental providers is kind of difficult because most of their in network dental clinics are for child. So far so good and no complaints.

So far so good! Thanks Ga for helping me go to the doctors I need to see. I really appreciate being able to go to the dentist and get eye seen about. Now I will be able to see the buster stuff my BD be doing from 3 miles away.
