DON’T GO THERE FOR GROOMING!! We sent our dog get groomed the other day. A staff yelled at the dogs angrily in front of us! It took them forever to finish the job and she looked awful. I strongly recommend anyone not to use their grooming services.

Horrible grooming experience. My dog was there 4 hours, decided to drop in early only to find them doing a rushed job on my dog. Got him back, and it was a total hack job. They claimed he was reactive. He's never had issues before. Upon further inspection, he was filthy with dandruff all over him and had dried poop still near his rear. They didn't even wash him properly. I would never bring him back to this location. They need to hire better trained grooming professionals!!!!

We took our dog to be groomed and upon picking him up, his ears were cut unevenly, his fur was dingy and he still smelled very unclean! The groomer, Daniella, with her “like I said” remarks, gave every excuse why the service wasn’t done properly. After telling to to stop with the “like I said” remarks she hung the phone. Not everyone knows how to properly groom a dog and she is one of them not to mention her attitude is less than 1 star.

I got my dog back half-cleaned. It looked as if her face hadn’t been touched at all. Eye goop still very prominent. I will never bring my dog back here. I don’t care if no other salons are available! $61 down the drain. I could’ve done this myself. Horrible work.

All of the other staff here is lovely, but the manager of the pet hotel is awful. He is very rude and doesn’t seem to know much about dogs.

Unbelievable Experience with PetSmart: Disregarding My Dog’s Identity
I’m heartbroken and frustrated by a situation with Jack, the so-called manager, at the local PetSmart hotel in Dunwoody where my dog is staying, while I’m out of town. As a pet parent, I trust PetSmart to take care of my dog’s wellbeing, but I never expected to have my wishes and my dog’s identity blatantly disrespected.
After kindly correcting the store manager on my dog’s [gender], he refused to acknowledge it, insisting on referring to my dog as “they/them,” citing it as “his belief.” This disregard for something as simple as respecting my dog’s gender has caused me a lot of concern, especially since I am far away and cannot ensure my dog’s proper care myself.
I chose PetSmart expecting professionalism, care, and respect for my dog’s needs, and this experience has left me questioning if the company supports such behavior from its employees. As pet parents, we expect our pets to be treated with the same respect and dignity that we give them at home.
I hope PetSmart will address this issue and clarify whether they endorse such personal beliefs over respecting their customers’ wishes. This isn’t just about a pronoun—it’s about trust and respect, and I no longer feel confident that my dog is in the hands of people who truly care. To turn a conversation about the care for my dog into your beliefs In pronouns is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!

Never again! My wife took our dog in to this location and requested his normal teddy bear face and cut. When she picked him up she was worried they were trying to give her the wrong dog. He looks nothing like himself and I pray his fur grows back quicker than it usually does.
