From the moment that I entered the branch, the associates were welcoming and attentive. Once I was being helped, I needed to log into my account for some information, and I was pleased at how patient the associate was with me!!!

For the third month in a row, I arrive at the bank and I’m the only customer and I see employees in offices and have to wait several minutes for service. It’s confusing. I know they’re in the midst of renovations and I’m acknowledged and greeted. But then I wait. And wait. And wait.
