“Amazing customer service and very helpful in general. Tiwannie helped me out so much especially on ways to extend my rental if it didn’t let me on the app. U-Haul let me extend my rental 2 times with zero hassle and accommodated anything I need. John also was very helpful with my first rental and had and has such great customer service.
