Reflection is a student home close to Georgia State University, just a five-minute walk from campus. It is described as a good place to stay, with beautiful and intelligent homes. The leasing staff receives consistent praise for being top notch, knowledgeable, very helpful, supportive, and passionate. Specific staff members are noted for going over and beyond, making residents feel at home, helping with move-in, walking through leases with ease, and making transitions smooth. Residents report feeling safe, supported, and settled in. However, significant issues are noted regarding the smell of marijuana and trash permeating the air. A concern is raised about the lease agreement structure, with a mention of paying for months not lived there, and a suggestion to charge per semester instead of yearly. A fine for a minor stain is also cited as a problem. The property is called upon to have better oversight. Overall, it is considered the nicest housing by some, but the environmental and administrative issues are highlighted as horrendous.
I love living here so much. The new staff are the best they honestly feel like family now. I renewed my lease for the next term and everyone is very helpful
