Hi! I really love the product but I had a challenging return where the warehouse did log all of the returned items. I had to catch this on my billing statement and spent 27 minutes on the phone to resolve myself. I do not think Rejuvenation values their customers to proactively resolve on their own but waits until the customer notices. I still paid the shipping on this order.

Just ask for for Faye!!! She has the best customer service skills and is very knowledgeable about all the products across the brand. She made purchasing multiple items easy and a seamless process.

This has been the worst furniture purchase ever. Had a broken bedrail at delivery. Have been promised a replacement multiple times by salesperson Faye!!!! Don't buy from them. Lesson learned never accept any furniture that isn't right at delivery. Room and Board has the best customer service.

Nice lighting fixtures but my family and I l came in looking for lighting for our new house and neither of the associates in the floor even spoke to us. AirPods in the whole time, didn’t greet us when we came in, siting in the back of the store, nothing. So I couldn’t have bought from them if I wanted to.

Five stars for their help and support! They helped me figure out exact sizing for an item I wanted to buy that I couldn’t figure out on my own from the website and the corporate customer service representative couldn’t even figure it out over the phone.

I always have the best experience at rejuvenation. The quality of the products are exceptional. The customer service is equally exceptional. Faye consistently provides five star quality service. She goes above and beyond for her customers and wants to ensure satisfaction. It’s clear to me she loves her job and serving others. Thank you, Faye for always providing the best service! None of the workers addressed me and I was the only customer in the entire shop. Half of their products are up on the walls and elevated so I can’t see the price or the actual quality of the product. Overall, not a great in-person shopping experience.

I will NEVER shop from Rejuvenation ever again: I ordered two mirrors for the master bathroom. They were supposed to arrive between Feb 23 - Feb 27. Tomorrow, it's April 1. In the past couple of weeks, I've phoned customer service 3 times - to be told every single time that they would call me back to let me know the status of my order. I never heard back from anyone - not a call, not an email. I later learned that not one of the customer service reps I spoke to put in any notes against my account. I emailed customer service to receive an automated response. I still haven't had an actual response. I called the store at Ponce City Market for help. The store/back of house manager lady said she'd f/up personally to let me know where my order was - she didn't keep her word or ever call back. She said she instructed customer service to contact me via email - it was never sent (yes, junk mail was checked) - nothing. I finally asked for the supposed warehouse number, to be told that it is in fact Rejuvenation that is supposed to schedule deliveries - yet; they're claiming to not know where my product is. Yet warehouse is saying that they're sitting there waiting to be delivered and scheduled by Rejuvenation! Wow, wow, wow... NEVER will I put myself through this experience ever again. And I used to absolutely adore this store and their products. Still no clarity, still no visibility, still no product. DO NOT waste your time or money. This is supposed to be a high end store, with great product, yet this has been less than a one star experience.

Went in to try and see a piec I saw online. The salesperson started just entering the order and I wanted the piece and figured it would be fine for her to get a commission even though I was just going to buy online. Well, Faye charged me an extra $400 on the order and when I pointed it out she told me she get it corrected and not to cancel the order. It never got corrected. The cr dit card charge is from RejuvINation and not Rejuvenation which is strange ( I've purchased online with them and been charged by the correct spelling). Something is very sketchy about how the store operates. This is why retail is dead. Do not trust Faye at Rejuvenation. She is very nice, but she can't be trusted. I've spent thousands with West Elm and the related companies like Rejuvenation, but this will be my last purchase with this or any related companies.

Terrible experience. Ordered lighting which had no indication when purchasing where they ended up only shipping 1/2 at a time and one piece 1.5 months after the other. Order from elsewhere if you want a timely order or have timelines you need to meet based on shipping info provided.

This company continues to sell and actually promote “on sale” items they do not have in stock and cannot deliver. I just received an order cancellation for an unavailable item that remains on their website and is on sale. This has happened for me multiple times on multiple orders. Prior to their ownership by William Sonoma Inc it was a great company. The quality of their items has also dimished. Really sad as I loved their products in the past.
