Truist is a bank with a new, very clean building. The drive-thru can run a little slow, but service is quicker inside. Recently opened accounts are handled well, with employees being overwhelming helpful, professional, and friendly. Customers are greeted upon entering and exiting, and the service is fairly quick. Many find their experience to be excellent and simply the best, leading to a five-star rating despite other bad reviews for the branch.

Recently opened an account at the branch. The beautiful Amanda was overwhelming helpful. I had a million questions and she knew everything. Simply the best. I wouldn’t bank anywhere else.

the drive thru can run a little slow. You can get quicker service if you park and go inside. All of the employees I have dealt with at this location have been very professional and friendly.
